Yeah, Tigergirlz, I know exactly what you mean. My flatmate is a Melbourne supporter and I was soooo looking forward to seeing WT having a crack at them this week. All through the week I've been getting these fleeting thoughts that it should've been us in the final 4 - so close, yet so far. 😢

It'll take me months to recover. I watched the '05 GF this avoo to cheer myself up. Geeze that was a great day. The after-match interviews are hilarious. Poor old Matty Johns didn't know what to do when the F Bombs were flying!!!

I'm over it. As far as I'm concerned now I'm a casual supporter until the trials kick off next year. The A-League starts in a couple of weeks and the EPL is already well under way so along with the Rugby World Cup I have plenty to keep me occupied.

I've been thinking all afternoon about the great time I was having last Friday afternoon at the Fox and Lion with some of my favourite Tigers' friends, then, how happy at the SFS, until "that try" happened! No, not over it yet. :frowning:

Two years in a row we blew it at the end. Running the ball and being caught on the sixth tackle prior to the Warriors last try was really dumb football. I just hope we dont make it three years in a row next year.
