Well you can all rest easy in the fact that our online shop needs just as much attention as our membership section.
I ordered 2 x t-shirts (size XXL) online from Wests Tigers. The Campbelltown where it all started ones.
The order arrived today and, alas, the parcel contained 1x t-shirt (size XXXL).
A hint of irony as I was teaching all about quality customer service today.
