Credit to Queensland though, classy as always. Looked electric in attack and defended great, even when they had an unassailable lead. Well deserved winners.

DCE will go down as one of the origin greats. Only really came in on a regular bases after the end of the Slater/Cronk/Thurston/Smith era. He has led through a generational change while winning three of the last four years. That chase down on Crichton + line break the set will define his legacy as QLD captain of this era. Hell of a player.

I wasn’t actually talking SOO I was talking coaching overall. They were top notch coaches.
