Cody Walker will do a better job than Hynes and Latrell Mitchell have more origin experience than Suaili. 30K is a long-term origin contract that most nsw coaches forget.
Just because the rabbits are not up the ladder does not mean they cannot nibble at the QLD carrot. Give a loser a winning team and he will make it his highlights of the season. Give a winner a winning team and he will treat it as another nrl game.

Suaalii knocks Walsh's head off and gets 4 weeks. Klemmer does a borderline hip drop that did not result in injury and gets three weeks.

I am really growing to hate the NRL bosses and their lies, dodginess and unfairness.

Nicho is not a big game player, not yet anyway. Moses and Burton would pose much more threat in the halves.

Hate that turd Moses but he must be picked ahead of Nicho not sure about Burton at 6 offers little. I’d go for Moses Luai, Latrine in the centres and burton on the bench.

I don't think Suallii's tackle was intentional and so shouldn't have been sent off, rather 10 in the bin was appropriate.
As to the comments on Maguire's coaching and linking it to his time here - some people really don't get football if as one person said they still think it was the coach in his time here. Nothing has changed with a succession of coaches and nothing will until the players change their attitude.

Sure and the fabbits couldn’t get rid of him sooner. Even though he won a grandfinal with them
 
I thought Luai did ok considering his halves partner Nicco had such a poor game with weak kicking game and slow indecisive running game .Jerome was doing his best to take up some of the slack .
Coach Madge picking 4 forwards bench backfired and picking Jake T as captain and then playing him just about 30 mins total is a bit weird .Madge is a guy lacking judgement just like starring in his "air the dirty laundry " series Tales from Tigertown

Lucky my daughter and son in law being ACCOR members getting me in and a nice dinner entertainment followed by a game that fell flat as a spectacle after 8 mins but blame Joseph and his coach for that .
Game 2 with 4 ins Dylan Edwards ,Mitchell Moses and Matt Burton and Api Korisau could square the series

It's just like the crusher tackles when the player turns and puts themselves in that dangerous situation and the the defender can't really do anything about it other than cop a penalty and go on report.

Just an extension of our current nanny state where no one takes responsibility for their own actions or for putting themselves in dangerous situations, it's always someone else's fault.

I know that you have to draw the line somewhere but it has always been a contact sport and I can't believe how they constantly keep coming up with new rules and infringements to soften the game up.

Game needs a rebel comp where they do away with all these snowflake rules. Players sign a waiver that they are happy to take the risks. Simple.

It looked ugly but Walsh is slipping and if he doesn’t make head contact, I reckon Sua might challenge it.
