Went to the game tonight and I must say our left edge is terrible what is Benji doing standing next to Koro defending with Thompson.I didn't go to the game expecting to win but I never thought we would get smashed.

Fulton got smashed and has no impact and yes I know he tried hard but his to small and Blair is just hopeless.

Benji just stood there and watched Pritchard run past and score did not even try to tackle him.

Feel sorry for Farah he deserves better.

To be honest I am not sure when our next win will come.
 
Potter needs to take some blame for picking Thompson in the centres. Awful decision.

Marshall should not have played. It was very obvious.
 
He has a point. Trying hard can only get you so far. Fulton doesn't provide any impetus. He's great foil in a good pack but in a weak pack he just contributes to getting overrun.
 
Not bagging him he tackled his heart out but has no impact and until we get some forwards who cam make some yards up the middle we will go no where.

Fulton makes a lot of tackles and misses quite a few as well.while he is in out pack we are always going to be dominated. The plus for Fulton is , he is better than Blair

Mac, Im loving it tonight…. let me put this out there, If Liam wasnt overworking in the centre, who would have been there to stop the points(they scored alot but he stopped extra).... also didnt see the other props hitting Trex first when they should have been numbering up... Just for good measure, I called for Fulton to return at centre, has the hands if he can be a last resort hooker, and the tackling to close the holes. Bloke is a legit utility, and solid as hell in defence. Not a god, but if he puts first impact on anyone they are getting stopped. He is a cornerstone player, someone you can base a team around.
 
I'll say it again. He is a great foil in a good pack but he just contributes to being overran at the moment. He is too small and will never break a tackle in his career. We wouldn't need clean up work if we won the contact battle and with guys like Fulton, Bell, Buchanan and Blair there that's not going to happen.
 
so you agree that it isnt Fulton that is the problem? The good pack you speak of is there in the recovery ward, so in essence, Fulton is solid but being failed by those around him?

For me, he is one of the best utility players in the game, every roster needs one… yet you seem to be expecting him to carry too much weight.
