Our worst signing ever?

I was one of Moltz's biggest critics (even named my WT's garden gnome who falls over all the time after him ) but he played 8 good games then

Looked like he might finally match the potential ….

Moltzen played a few very good games in halves when he started, than he was injured and moved to FB, where he was mostly hopeless, dropping at least 70% of bombs.
Potentially very good player, but he has never recovered from injuries.:disappointed_relieved:

I can remember him doing some good things when he joined in on attacking play but his kick returns made me cringe. Probably unfair to stick him in here but his name pops into my head whenever I see a thread of this kind.

Anasta hands down. Could have had a witches hat out there and it would have run the ball more.

I remember thinking to myself in 2002, "How come we never get these good players like Anasta?" I eventually got my wish, unfortunately a decade too late.

If we can count the effect they have even after they have left the club then Anasta in first then daylight second.

He cant let it go..

For a bloke who got picked week after week without ever delivering I put forward Michael Buettner. The Phil Tuffnell of the NRL.

My favourite mate "Waste" Anasta. Still loves to stick the knives in during his pathetic commentary of our games. A true jeteur.

Curtis Rona. Man that guy was so bad it was like we did not even sign him

But Matt Ballin would be NR1\. Literally destroyed the team.
Moses Mbye close second.

Its not just a garden gnome

Its my spiritual guide /advisor , confidante and helps with my tips

It was known as Utai for a short while when it got hit in the head by a bomb and the ball went 15 metres in the air and cleared the back fence
