Packer

Well if there was a outside chance some team might grab him has gone out the window now. Looks like another 700g down the drain next year

Starch. Criticise him all you want but he came on and intimidated more than the rest of the pack. The other pigs are all okay, but lacking in intimidation

Wasn't his best 13 minutes..

Well a golden rule was you never bring on a new player when your defending your line ...barring injury

Packer was woeful ...but Madge didn't help the occasion

Smashing a bloke on the face with two blokes already hanging off of him is not intimidation. It's stupid.

Completely useless,he can hold hands with Jennings next week(figuratively) in the stands. We could call them the not so dynamic duo Fatman and Robber

Didn't deserve to be amongst this week's effort
Was more akin to last week

That performance will go down in WT folklore... He joins Kafusi, Graham etc

Brought on at exactly the wrong time ...Madge has to own part of that too

I'd say we won't see Packer again ...but again watch the replay .....the Raiders player on the right of the quick tap was offside .....don't know if Packer knew that

Good point probably better at start of the game.

Packer probably looking at a few weeks on the sideline for his high shot on Tapine..maybe less with an early plea..fight it I'll say..

According to the NRL stats

13 minutes
1 run
10 metres
13 tackles
1 missed tackle
1 ineffective tackle
2 penalties conceded
1 sin bin

They're Bwaith-like numbers

Take it all the way to the High Court....with a bit of luck then he might get the rest of the season. And next. High hopes.

Used to be a golden rule that unless someone was injured you never brought on a replacement when you were defending your line

Might as well. It’s not like he”s gonna be in the 17 again any time soon.

Surely an ESL team would like Packer.

I thought ESL doesn’t exist atm due to Covid.

Not going to be option for our players for a while

Hopefully they're back up and running soon and are really looking for average and I'll disciplined props. ✌
