Can I again put the lunatic ,madman comments to bed

From the Gladstone players who played under him at the Central Qld Comets that I have spoken to had nothing but praise for Parish

They were the bye of the Qld Cup until he took over and they made the semi's for the first time without any big name players and were unlucky not to make the GF

Again I think their are better options out their with the assistant coaches we are possibly interviewing but he won't be the worst option

Parish coached the Comets only for a couple of seasons I believe from 2006\. They got the wooden spoon in his first season and came second last in his next season. I am pretty sure he didn't stay much longer than that. Couple that with his 5 loss/1 win record in England and it is a BIG no-no from me.

Well if you can get a positive out of this….he can only get better :slight_smile:

its painfully obvious that all your saying is the "lunatic" rumours could easily be false due to you speaking by those who have played under him. Your not saying anything more or anything less. I have no idea why some have got the idea your supporting Parish…..you said nothing of the sort

He even stated in his OP that he thinks there are better options.

2008 and 2009 and Barnett took over in 2010

I can't find any info to verify this , still searching

3rd and 7th was where they finished in those seasons

Parish coached the NQ Young guns in 2007 not the Comets. He coached them to the minor premiership and they lost the Grand Final. But hey don't let the truth get in the way !!

Though to be fair benji probably thinks its genuine, he probably thinks Sheens is THE best,,,,but benji is a kid with an emotional attachment, doesnt know what hes doing half the time until hes done it…..benji says LOTS of things but rarely DOES them
