How anyone could think any of these could be a good signing for us is beyond belief.

 Yeah….coz we are a team choc full of great players aren't we.

Exactly and some of those players are reasonably good. When Kelly played 5/8 for Storm during Origin they almost beat us.

Thing is some people believe we can have a club full of stars along with half a dozen marquee players.

You must ALWAYS be in the lookout for players at every level.

So with 12 players from a nearby club possibly coming onto the market, you'd be a dope not to take a look.

All of the players we have are better than those mentioned. None of them have ever been good. You want a winning culture and Parra don't have one

Yea definitely, mate at this stage I would take any of them over Blair and Marshall. Marshall is way too bloody inconsistant, would rather a consistant Kelly over Marshall.

please every one please have a cold shower.GET OFF MARSHALLS BACK. get some forwards and a half and he will show all the doubters

I was thinking Luke Kelly to be honest, he would be a great pickup. He plays 5/8, Half and Hooker. Get rid of Benji and get him here. We can use him in three different ways:

6\. Kelly
7\. Brooks/Anasta

6\. Anasta
7\. Kelly

6\. Anasta
7\. Brooks

14\. Kelly

Firstly, when Moses is ready for first grade Farah will be 32 years of age correct me if i am wrong, Farah won't be able to complete the full 80 minutes without struggling so we would have Kelly off the bench and when Farah retires Kelly would be easily able to adapt to the starting side. This is where we need to start thinking long term and in my opinion he would be best cheap pickup available. So that is when we will have:

1\. Teddy
6\. Moses
7\. Brooks
9\. Farah/Kelly

Milky what are you a smoking?

Kelly has been terrible at parra.

I do believe that Reni may add a bit more variety in our back row.

That's about it.

Parra have released/not let go of 12 players , MAYBE they are going to get benji on the books

Benji and Blair 😛ray:

To be honest it would be a win/win situation. We need to get rid of Benji he is going to hold back our juniors; Sandow and Benji would both fire together.

I don't care at all whether Sandow and Benji would fire together. Benji stays with Wests Tigers.

Don't they wish they had kept the likes of Mateo. Parramattas recruitment is very similar to ours and it shows by the ladder this year.

I think Parra's is worse, they let go of

Nathan Gardner (Sharks)
Daniel Tupou (Roosters)
Krisnan Inu (Bulldogs)
Johnathan Wright (Sharks)
David Williams (Sea Eagles)
James Maloney (Roosters)
Albert Kelly (Titans)
Paul Gallen Sharks)
Daniel Mortimer (Roosters)
David Klemmer (Bulldogs)
Tony Williams (Bulldogs)
Feleti Mateo (Warriors)
Jamie Buhrer (Sea Eagles)
Kris Keating (Bulldogs)
Justin Horo (Sea Eagles)
Trent Hodkinson (Bulldogs)
Luke O'Dwyer (Titans)

Didn't make the list.

Ben Smith on a VERY cheap deal would be worth a go. If he gets fit and healthy he has the attributes of a good big mobile backrower…...but only if we can get him cheap. He'd be better than Pettybourne

What an embarrassing list. Add a couple of props and you have a pretty decent team. A team built with those players would have some serious strike power. Tupou with his jumping prowess, Inu, Maloney, Kelly, Gallen, T-Rex (not now but then), Mateo, Hodkinson. Gee that's not a bad side. Enough organisers, strike weapons and spark to make a damaging football side.

No thanks, injury prone and is stuck somewhere between being an average second rower and a below average centre.

BM96 must be riddled with excitement with Cheyse Blair off contract.

So Parra ditches those players and then buys some stars that turn the club's fortune around and then adds to the reputation of Stuart as as great coach? I would have chopped Stuart. He is the Tony Abbott of the NRL, seemingly immune from criticism and given the soft touch by the media and others who suck up to him. The guy is a complete moron and HE should be booted, not 12 players.

Stuart inherited a side and now he's getting rid of the players he doesn't want.
When Potter does the same thing here everyone will be cheering - especially if we get a few stars and start winning.
Stuart should be judged when he has his own team - same with Potter.

Ben Smith once upon a time I thought had potential and a future, now he just seems to be a niggly nuffie good for 3 or 4 penaltys a game….he's gone nowhere

I dunno.....players can look good in a change of scenery but its rarely with us.

I wouldn't be targeting ANY of their so called 12 players to be honest. What concerns me of this situation is you can bet your life Parra will come knocking for a few our young nyc/SG Ball tyros. I doubt they'd have any luck with Brooks but Moses I know is of interest to them and I bet there's others too they will tempt. The best batch of youngsters coming through for them are still 16-17 yrs old, so they're still a few years off.

Moses is a parra junior.

The same Mitchell Moses that has come through Balmain's junior system and went to Holy Cross Ryde College?

The Tigers need to improve their playing roster. I don't see them doing that with picking up discards from the Eels.

I read it on the eels forum that he is an eels junior not my info mate.
