Parra Trial

Potter is on 2SM in about 10mins, so hopefully he has some news about Woods.

Can't bloody believe it though….

relax guys, no one said it was a serious knee injury, it could be nothing. let's just wait till more details come to light

Its the first the clubs mentioned it as far as I know….I heard the team read out on 2SM, before reading on here and knew someone was missing. Damn.

i think it can only be a good thing that the club hadn't mentioned anything prior to this. if it was serious they surely would've said something. Unless it is a very recent injury..

Potter on radio as I type: ''Tweaked knee at training, seeing the doctor this afternoon, physio not too concerned but have no definite answer as yet, so put him as indefinite"…..sounds like it occured very recently???

Liking the new Wests Tigers state cup team, one team for all our players on the fringe of first grade is much better.

Plenty of guys named in both teams, wonder how much game time in each theyll get.

Interested to see how Buchanan goes, and Anasta too.

Very interesting that Brooks is named in that team - Potter must be very impressed with this kid - obviously wants to see more of him with the big boys.

Loving Blair at Lock and Anasta on the fringes. That should add some balance to the pack with Anasta feeding Lawrence quality ball and Blair being a bit closer to the action. And then Pettybourne on the other side adds some much needed size. Also nice to note that Bell and Utai are still in the mix.

I'm wondering if that suggests that Naiyaravaro will be played in the backs with his selection in the centres or they are going to try both and see where he is best suited

Centre though , hard position defensively to be trying to learn

Especially at his size! Although everyone reckons he is surprisingly agile for a 190cm/117kg bloke.

Having someone like him off the bench for us would be just the ticket.

If they can get him able to play centre defensively and also able to spend big minutes on the field he is the perfect utility player

I think he will play 20 minutes or so at centre, shift to the back row for the second quarter and then sit out until the NRL trial
