That forward pack is ordinary.

One of the few games this year where i will be really disappointed if we dont win.

However i dont think it will easy. Nothing will be easy with our attack.

Nathan brown is the only player I’m worried about, the rest are all pretty ordinary maybe Norman too that’s it imo

most so called media experts thought that we were wooden spoon favourites on paper before the season kicked off.

I dont think IC and the team will be taking this game lightly. still some dangerous players in the eels team sheet, along with players who will be wanting to keep a 1st grade spot.

That same line up used to be alright, but so many of those players are out of form at the moment.

We'll see on Monday however.

We should not take them lightly, our team of all teams should know that after our start to the year.

I'm sure we won't… After the attitude and commitment we've seen from the in the past 3 weeks is anything to go by.
Doesn't mean it won't be a tough game and we all know we have plenty of problems

It’s Wests Tigers mate… the past couple of years consistency has been our killer two games at the start of the year hasn’t changed my mind. However I do think we will win.

I can't see us walking over them, but their forward pack isn't great and if we defend the way we have and improve our completions, we should be able to win the ruck - and ultimately the match. They're in big trouble if any of their backs get injured given their bench. Tony Williams is always good for a mistake or two as well.

Looks the Eels will come out fired up, they see us as their chance to get a win but in all seriousness

1 Will Smith, 2 George Jennings, 3 Michael Jennings, 4 Kirisome Auva'a, 5 Josh Hoffman

That is not a top 8 type backline and we should score some points this week.

I certainly hope you're right. Hopefully Ivan will get them in the right space and they treat the Eels with the same respect as Easts and Melbourne.

Parra missing key strike power in this match up compared to their side last year..
Even though they will be desperate to avoid a 0-4 start, it's an ideal time to catch them out due to injuries & low on confidence. Also glad Takairangi isn't lining up against us.

WT's will also be pumped for this round due to the way the game ended against Broncos.

Parra totals tries in 2017… (85)

Semi: 20 (24 games)
Gutherson: 11 (18 games)
French: 9 (16 games)
