Pascoe sanctioned by the NRL

Lol rather not say but I'll start a random internet post anyway..ha ha

If it is one of our players snorting coc, then let the NRL rub them out, the players need to be more responsible. If not our player, good, still rub them out, they deserve it

I hate all this sh!t going on. It’s been year after year of BS drama and disruption at our club - I’m so over it!

Just wanted the team to have a quiet off season with no distractions so they can get on with the job of getting fit and ready to have a good crack at actually making the 8 this year. But NO….the crap just never leaves us alone whether we are guilty or completely innocent!

The club has mounted what they believe is an unbeatable defence & have complete confidence we will get our CEO back !
But if the result don't work in our favour then legal action will follow.

No wonder Greenburg was sounding so p'd off yesterday. His bluff is starting to look shakey.

Good news for the club over the prospects of overturning the NRL imposition. If this goes to court and we win I'd go for damages both reputation and inability to recruit whilst this was on, and if we lost player signatures whilst this was on hit them for losses as well. Demand Weeks and Greenburg resign.

As to a player doing the drugs, if true, no hesitation in kicking him out and demand NRL ban them. The players have a privileged position, have l k ng ago demanded and got professional status and it's about time they realised there is more to that status than just pay packet.

I don't think it was our player…

From WWOS Mole (LOL)

Journalists are often attacked by fans for exposing the game’s stars for indiscretions off the field.
But reporters sometimes cut players some slack - as was the case recently.

One well-known reporter sent an out-of-Sydney club a photo of one of its elite players snorting a line of cocaine during a big night out.

The journo told the club he would not make the photo public, but just wanted the club to know it had a problem.

The player concerned is one of the game’s brightest young stars but had a well below-par season in 2018.

Great to hear Pom - many thanks!
Hope we stick it to them. Greenberg needs to take a blow, he's getting too big for his boots and ruining the game.

I reckon he rushed the decision so he could head off on his 6 week holiday with a clear head.

That is in my opinion way too harsh. It's a victim less crime especially for young kids earning big dollars. I have no interest in snorting anything and I'd prefer not to know if footy players do it.

Maradona did it and he was one of the greatest ever soccer players.

See this is the problem with young people today, they take drugs with scant regard for their health, and the do gooders try blame the dealer, the concert promoters, the system, they blame everything or everyone bar the person who took the drugs.
These young people need to take ownership of their actions, and not rely on someone else to clean up the mess, or make excuses for them.

The talk was the bronco's, so who is a star who played not very well last year, Milford or Bird perhaps, I am sure we will find out soon enough

I hope we find out, but Broncos are experts are covering things up. So if it's them, I think we'd only hear about it if they wanted to offload the player.

Have you guys ever noticed that with the dodgy clubs, Roosters, Broncos, they cover up the misdemeanours by their players and only make them public knowledge when they want the player to leave (or after they have left)? Napa at Roosters for example. There's no way it was a coincidence that the videos hit the press only after he left the Roosters.

At a press conference last year with the Broncos, Bennett said he was impressed with Roberts. He had a come a long way, getting clean from drinking and drugs. The media guys ears pricked up, 'drugs' did you say, that wasn't made public, do tell. Bennett then did not discuss any further.
