Geez, Luke Laulili can count himself unlucky. I thought he’d put together a series of strong games in first grade.
Luke’s out of the joint in six months, Tino is here for a few years. So I guess it’s a case of prioritising the guy who is going to be at the club for awhile, given they are both about the same standard at present

Absolutely. Played well. Couple of errors but, overall, solid. Surely, he's better than Tavana, who quite simply, is not ready for NRL. Baffling, just like many of the selections in all 3 teams.

I watched this on the weekend as the Tigers weren't playing. It's one of my favourite origin games growing up.

Go the Blues!

Just trying to understand Marshalls reasoning
Lets hope he goes well
Here is my take on some of Benji's reasoning for selections ...

Mason – could mean he’ll be the backup fullback to Bula so just getting reps to have him more ready. Possibly means Attard will be given time, body needs to get stronger.

Fainga’a & Gabrael – will be given time to prove themselves as more mature bodied outside backs to see if they are worthy of a future T&T.

Andrews & Roberts – the only U21s outside of our top 30 in NSW Cup so these 2 are the closest to NRL out of our young brigare plus club focusing on seniority, experience & matured bodies it seems.

Roberts – given a taste of NRL, now dropping back to work on his conditioning & effort areas.

Hodges & Jack – will be given every chance to show whether they are up to an NRL opportunity in future.

Brookes – I’d say club wants him, just needs to show versatility to play more than fullback so will get more reps on wing & perhaps centre.
