These things usually go away because the wife/girlfriend forgives and won't testify. Kent's problem is it's an ex, so he's gonna have to dig deep into his pockets to make it disappear.

I would say, as much as people on this forum don’t like him, to reserve judgement until the facts come out.

As a community, we should judge domestic abusers just as harshly as false accusers. We won’t know who to judge until the truth is put before the courts and a judgement is handed down.

Although his lawyer did state Fox Sports are putting him through alcohol and anger management courses.
That would indicate to me, irrespective of what happens re the case, he would have 2 strikes and we all know what happens when you get 3.

Does he keep working even with two strikes ?

I doubt the judge dismisses these charges because he has a problem with alcohol though … it’s not really a good defence to violence in this day and age … particularly when he was on a 10 hour session
