Paul Momirovski

Interesting the roosters signed him. Makes me wonder if they are going to let Manu go as the money is getting to big? Could be smart.

Who will play for more NRL teams, Momo or Suli

I know which one will be the most succesful and it isn't the one on big dollars

I wonder if Momo will turn out to be the most “technically successful” player in the NRL era... he’s already won 2 premierships and has joined another power house..

Momirovski replaced by Joseph Leilua and James Roberts.

I hope Adam Hartigan puts this on his cv.

Junior recruitment expert also.

Didn't return the calls and lost us:

Jordan Hill (the next Xavier Coates)
Israel Ogden (the next Simona)
Daniel Sykes (the next Yeo)

I wouldn't put Momo in the Laments thread but Madge needs to realise he stuffed up by putting his eggs in the baskets of Kepaoa, BJ, Roberts and Talau. I understand we let him go for Laurie, but that extra year wasn't worth losing Momo over.

I feel sorry for Ogden if he is going to bet on the opposition and rip off charities.

Ability wise not off field indiscretion wise.

Congrats Momo. I'm pleased you got a good follow up contract from Roosters following your Panthers success. Sorry WT had to use you as a pawn, our centre stocks remain at a lesser standing without you.

Ah yes, the player many on this sub think isn't good enough to make a fuss about, yet the Roosters signed him straight back up.

He could win another prem next year.

Notwithstanding some people rate him and some dont, I find it interesting that you intimate that WT are idiots for letting him go, yet he was not secured by Roosters the first time, Storm, Tigers, or Panthers. Now 3 of those clubs are known for shrewd pick ups, and they ALL let him move on. But the focus is on us?

Club Hero Momers - Punted from Super League, Now in SL Reggies....
Could come up against his old WT's Comrade....

Last playing in the NRL in 2023, Momirovski was granted an early release from his contract with the Leeds Rhinos in the Super League and it hasn't taken him long to find a new team to play for.

A member of the Penrith Panthers premiership team in 2021, the outside back has signed with French club FC Lezignan XIII for the remainder of the 2024/25 season - they compete in the Elite One Championship.

The winner of seven French Championship titles, Lezignan currently sit in eighth place on the ladder with three wins and seven losses from their opening ten matches of the season.

Only 28 years old, Momirovski could still potentially return to the NRL in the future after his latest stint overseas and could provide depth to a team's outside back stocks.

If he eventually returns to the NRL, it will be the first time since 2023, following stints with the Sydney Roosters, Wests Tigers, Melbourne Storm and Penrith Panthers over six seasons where he made 60 appearances.

His career has also saw him win the 2021 NRL Grand Final with the Panthers and play for the PM's XIII team in 2019.
