I can see BJ as the impact player off the bench

Competition is good but what's concerning is no one knows what position they're playing in. Hard to know your role when you don't know the number on your back.

Not sure what your point is, preseason training has only just started, but I would think most have an idea what they’ll be doing next year.


Not really the way Madge chopped and changed the team last season, if i was a player i would not be sure.
Even the spine needs to go through transition this off season.

Most people are pencilling AD in as a half this year, but he's out in round 1 due to suspension. Whoever gets a shot in his place will have a chance to impress.
It's hard to have hooker set in stone as Simpkin is a bit of a wildcard at this stage. Liddle will presumably get first crack, but will it be as an 80 min hooker? Or will Simpkin get some game time early in the season?
Assuming Daine Laurie is not here a season early, Mbye will I guess be fullback, but this might depend also on my first point re AD in the halves.

Momo, AD and Mbye can have a few months of practice and then a kick off in Feburary to see who gets round one. They're all about the same at the moment.
