could end up a premiership winner yet...sigh!

Who are the Storm dropping..

Brenko Lee or Olam..?

Brenko got put on report so he might miss out. Seve is also an option to replace him though or Tom Eisenhuth has played some centre this year

If I was Brenko I'd be angry if I missed out because of that ...would have been ten tackles at least that bad if not worse

Lee has been in great form too

You know to put your house on NSW when they are talking about Brenko Lee lacing up his boots for QLD

This...This did not age well.

What are everyones thoughts of him coming back to the Tigers and actually WANTING to be here? He hasn't really said too much on his social medias... wouldn't surprise me that he would want a early release OR possibly leave us come 2022..

I know we have many backs now.. but I feel he wants to be a STARTER.. not a second, third tier player..

Didn't he just sign a new contract? For 2 years with 2022 in his favour? You're right though, there will need to be a lot of injuries for him to get a run.

Maybe he needs to blow up on social media, go into rehab or dry hump an animal and he'll get a go somewhere.
The bad boys get noticed
I feel sorry for him but maybe his trade deal included a guarantee of a starting position next year, who knows

I reckon he will fight for the spot and go from there.

Competition is only good for us.

Guess we’ll see if he’s good enough to make the team or not. Can’t see him taking up his player option if he’s not getting a heap of game time in 2021 which seems likely considering how many centres we have

Maybe jimmy won’t work out and he’ll beat Talau out for the spot though you never know, Joey will need to be wary of getting dropped too

Unless we can get a dedicated goal kicker from among the alternate ranks of backs we would have to make a spot for him, I would have him partner Roberts in centres with BJ coming off the bench to cover the backs. The only alternates are Doueihi or Mbye for kicking and of them only Doueihi has a reasonable success rate but I think full time kicking may put too much pressure on his legs.

I can see Roberts as the explosive, make a break centre and Momo as the one that can sniff out a try close to the line.

Momo’s kicking % is in the 60’s.

No it's not, it's 75% in FG for us. 21/28.

The Canterbury shocker really brought his % down. Kicked what, 1 or 2 from 5 or something? Other than that kicked pretty well.

I'm a massive Momo fan, he will find his chance. The quiet achiever. Bellyache chose him for the loan deal for a reason.

Obviously didnt impress as Brenko Lee got the nod in front of him

Yeah that was my recollection, after his one shocker he was nailing them consistently.

On Momo, I rate him. He's not gifted with explosive pace, or size, but he shows it between the ears. I mean he played half a season for us and scored 8 tries in 11 games. For comparison Nofo scored the same in 14 games, and Thompson and Marsters only scored one more try in 22 & 24 games respectively.

Combined ISP and NRL for 2020 it was in the 60’s. 67% I think.

Fair enough. He was kicking at 75% in the top grade though.

He had a ten week injury and Branko got the jump on him. Before the injury Momo was in front of Lee

Whilst he lacks pace, he appears an intelligent player and knows his way to the tryline.

If BJ doesn't perform then Momo can take his spot.

It appears we will have some options in the backline come 2021

I recall Brenko being picked over momo early in the year. Seve too.

If only he had the X factor of Joey and his footy smarts he’d be the best centre in the universe

I'm totally lost and it just shows how much opinions differ. I don't rate this guy one single bit. Yeah, he tries hard and stuff and has courage (you have to in firsts), but he is slow, defensively weak and small. I just don't see what others do.

I'm certain Melbourne took him because they needed centres and he was a 'maybe experiment', but I heard not much of him at Melbourne and they haven't bashed the door down to keep him. I saw a game where he scored a couple, but he let a few go past too. And the ones he scored were fall over the line type stuff. Roosters don't let too many of quality leave either.

Maybe, just maybe, if he is a thinker like some of you suggest, he might be a 5/8th with a lot of work. I dunno.
