Just saw that Ayshford is out injured and has played his last game for the WT's. I am estatic that I will never have to watch this pea heart play for us again and cant wait to smash holes thru him next year when he plays for the gummy sharks. Fair dinkum I reckon he takes valium before games.

Anyway takes that fraud pretty boy Moltzen and the great pretender Marshall with you. And don't let the door hit you on the way out.

No place in our house for these types. I don't care how much talent you have, if you pull on our jumper you have to have a red hot go and put your body on the line….Wayne Pearce, Blocker Roach, David Brooks style.
 
Hahaha here here! I would add getting rid of Anasta to your list as well. Has suffered from an injured heart muscle all season…

Empty and stupid thread! You mention "our jumper" and then mention names like Pearce and blocker and David brooks as though they are legends of "our club"!
The club they played for doesn't exist, legends of our club played in the last 13-14 years..
Those three are not legends of this club! (And I was formerly a balmain supporter)
 
People have short memories. Blake was great in 2010 and 2011\. It's hard to produce at centre when you're running off Marshall at current form and Anasta. I wish him all the best at the sharks. I think it's a good move for both club and player.

So we just forget about these blokes because we are in a JV now? That is ridiculous. They are legends and it is just nit picking saying otherwise due to the JV…
 
What about Tommy,Noel Kelly,Arthur Summons,Dallas,Boyd,Dorahy and co,plenty of heart there Larry.

They aren't legends of the wests tigers no matter how much u want them to be! Roach is an imbecile anyway! Certainly not nit picking, move on! It's like the ridiculousness of parading around the balmain '69 side or any of those old sides that 80% of today's audience have no clue about, legends of wests tigers are Brett hodgson, farah, benji, skando, and any others have been there long term and given all for the club!
 
Most of the current squabbling between the West Tigers board members is due to their clinging to memories of their beloved Balmain or West tigers teams of decades ago. They should be told that these teams don't exist anymore. If they can't give 100% to the Wests Tigers brand they should resign from the Board and be replaced by a capable younger person who is fully dedicated to the Wests Tigers brand and the Wests Tigers brand only.
 
Probably better to say foundation legends. As their legacy still has some merit in the joint venture. As for the comment about Ayshford being a pea brain and gone for good etc. How old are you? 5!?

As I said, nit picking. Foundation legends, legends of league whatever. They are legends. As is Tommy et al from the Magpies side.
 
Didn't want to turn it into a balmain vs wests thing….just didn't know any wests legends.

Point was our culture needs to change and getting rid of blokes who don't want to put in 100% week in week out is the only way to go. I must not be the only one to think this as Potter can't get rid of these blokes quick enough. Blake hasn't been up to first grade standard since 2011, that is 2years he has been paid for doing something he is not.

Can't wait to see the back of him. And I'm not into bagging players.....he should of been stamped never to play for us again after the Manly game, yet we had to put up with one of the most heartless displays I have ever witnessed on a football field vs the Titans which he repeated against the Eels.

Good teams with string cultures don't put up with that crap. He should have been embarrassed to face his team mates and put his hand out for a cheque after his last month. Anyone who thinks otherwise is either related or knows nothing about footy.
 
and what's wrong with saying that you hate players who don't put in for your club? they are taking the piss some of these blokes
