It's a great idea milky, i started one at the beginning of the season to sack the board i got about 10 signature's, what we really need is media exposure, we need our supporter's to get banners made calling for the removal of the board and we need them in front of a camera. If enough of us do it the media and public will see it, then it will just snowball and our board will eventually be history. Good luck with the petition's, i'v signed.

There doesn't seem to be any words behind the petition. As in, surely on the petition there should be something that says, Potter needs another year to enact change. injuries, bad players etc. etc.

Else i cant find it.

Exactly, these two petitions probably won't cut it. There needs to be a clear explanation and reasoning behind them. We all know the reasons (as discussed in various threads over the last couple of days) but a clear focus needs to be expressed so they are irrefutable.

I don't think anyone sacks the board. I think the board are the highest up it gets. I think it's about convincing them they're terrible and need to go.

Chairman is Mike Bailey who used to read the weather on the ABC. How he became a football administrator (and I use the term loosely) beats the sheets out of me.

NRL sacks the board

Said it a million times… Nobody can sack the WT board. The WT board represent the OWNERS of the company.

If the WT board ALL agree to sell up WT and hand licence back to NRL then thats the only way it would change.

Unless i private owner comes in and puts up a really good takeover offer then the current structure wont change.

It also does not make it easy/attractive for any buyerr when one half owner (balmain) is $11m in Debt.

Changing the board means only changing the bums on seats not the structure/constitution of WT.
