Phil moss steps down

you can't just keep chopping and changing the rosters and personnel unless there is a legit reasons. we've fired and hired so many new people and created new positions that it can't just be a coincidence.

Stability is fine if you have competent and excellent people in place and the place is heading in the right driection on and off the paddock. .

Stability for stability sake is worth nothing. There is no point having blind faith if people are doing a poor job.

Im interested in getting the right people. Yes people need time however they also need to show progress.

If this bloke wasn't up to it, or didnt want to be there , then move him on.

The staement leaves it a right mystery though as to what actually happened.

I would be getting in Mark O'Neils ear…reckon he would be perfect for the job...

Buckets is exactly the type of person needed around the place. Being a former, well respected player only improves his credentials.

It could be for personal reasons that Phil has stepped down

Maybe he wants it to stay that way

It could be…but probably isn't...Who will fix the salary cap now...?

CEO COO OR FIINO...

I'm hoping Batman or Robin , but probably won't be

Bruce Wayne was a billionaire….he could definitely do wonders for our salary cap

Stability comes when everyone is pulling in the same direction, and the person who sets the direction is the CEO with a little help from the board and in the Tigers we keep changing the direction by changing the people at the top.

Now if Pascoe is going to be our man for five years and take control of the ship and put his own people in key roles Iam all for it,but if we keep chopping and changing every five minutes we are doomed. You have to be strong, and put people in key positions and believe and support them

Agree coach

M point re stability though is, good clubs have it. However its because they have excellent people on board.

Now we could have kept Grant Mayer, or Humpty Dumpty for "Stabliiy" reasons. However they were doing a terrible job and I am glad they are gone.

Same goes for Taylor. Sure put faith in the bloke. However he needs to meet key indicators.

All im saying is ech case should be treated on its individual merits.

We both wanted more faith shown in Potter for example.

Moss I have no idea, no one does really, there might be very sound reasons for moving him on.

Why does everyone keep saying he was moved on

He may have left of his own accord , maybe he was unhappy at how stuff is being handled by Pascoe ??

Good and excellent people recruit excellent people

Duds recruit Duds….. Or Duds recruit excellent people... And then the excellent people bail when they realise they're surrounded by duds

Happy your right, but reading the press release, it was very short and sweet,it did not strike me a voluntary resignation. My guess if it was a voluntary thing there would have been a bit more of the thank you and praise stuff. Lets face it he stepped into the no1 job in a care takers role when all the crap was flying around. Anyway we may never know and it may just be a case of him missing out on the no1 job, so he decided to look elsewhere.

could be either. the club could be annoyed he's ****ed off or they could have pushed him out. both would explain a very short press release

Not another 50 pages of conjecture. The new season is nearly here. Let's concentrate on that.

But the reason he left might give us many answers to many questions we have Col

Especially in regards to the Farah situation

You may not care to know why , but some here do

As Ink alluded to , some of us are up in the air still whether to rejoin as members or not and want to see a united front moving forward from the club

This from the outside , doesn't appear to give confidence to anyone either way
