Can anyone tell me why Farah is our top tackler?? How on earth can he be effective in attack when he's making so many tackles???

Nature of the game. Farah is always defending around the ruck and is very mobile, plus the opposition target him to try and take the juice out of him in attack.

Thanks for the stats.

It is interesting we didn't really gain a lot of metres but we still got the win.

I thought the policing of the ruck was kept quite tight tonight, and the Tigers were not that expansive on the edges so no major breaks made kept the overall metres down.

Great completion rate. Beau Ryan was tackling everything when he moved into the middle. At one stage he made four in a row getting out from marker.

Your probably right there but it also shows you can still win the game without having the forwards grind out huge meters.

Thanks Willow. Tim Moltzen was called on to do much more defence this week and did well. Only 38 metres in attack - I wish he'd just run fast and straight for kick returns. Suddenly he is looking like the best fullback in the club, the Dragons must be smiling.

Very pleasing to hold the Roosters to zero in the second half.

Good to see the forwards all got close to or over 100m.

Going to be a hard pick for a 1-2-3.

He has been for a very long time.

Player and team stats in the original post have been updated. Great to see 4 forwards all making over 100 metres in attack, and only 4 errors from the Tigers all game.
