Are you kidding me ...have a player issue problem .....12 players screw up ...and then get rewarded .....

Not sure we’d get 13 blokes to go to the same BBQ, not sure we get that many to do any training.

A bit of praise for Vaughan.

I think he's been pretty average throughout his career and has been decent this year and last somewhat.

Aging though.
Not an impressive candidate in my opinion.

I could see the sharks, knights or broncos Signing him thiugh.

We should look elsewhere.
Got an aging big prop already in Tamou.
Don't really need another.

Not even for 2 years @ 30 Years old? Still on the origin stage..

Prefer him than anyone else out there right now.. could easily land him for 400-500K.

Over rated, imo.

Who would you have in mind? at the price of 400-500K that is currently available?

I think we're doing alright for props at the moment.

Tamou, Twal, Utoikamanu, Musgrove, Amone, Mikaele might be re signed ...
Joe O and Seyfarth can play there too.

Rather some FG ready centres and decent lock and 2RF.


We certainly seem to have enough Props in that list, but apart from Uto (still learning his trade) and Mikaele (only some of the time), the rest are just not looking like doing the job. Run metres are low, stamina is low, playing minutes for most is low, and as for hard hitting and breaking the line - even lower!
Compare our Props to the Props in the top 5 teams and IMO they do not rate. This is a big part of our inability to make yardage, gain momentum and get on the front foot, as well as to stop opposition packs rolling through us.

Can't roll out with 2 starting props and 2 or 3 benchies all the same skill set as James Fisher Harris.

Stef looks a beast.
Twal is a worker.

Tamou, a worker.

Mikaele, Musgrove, Amone... more impact Props.

Gotta have a balance in a way.

To be sure- but can’t we just have one like James Fisher-Harris???

All these talking heads on 9 and fox sports and hard to like.

Gasnier won me over with his fair and insightful commentaries... then they didn't renew his deal.

The current roster are a pack of frauds.
They've got Corey Parker, Braith, Cronk and Ennis. Throw some make up on em and dress up in a suit and expect us to think they're legit. They'd have to be some of the most universally disliked players of the last 10 years. They aren't charismatic or interesting either.

I'm not a fan of the guy but they should be looking at the more well spoken, neutral (not do much likeable but not as hated) guys... Shaun Johnson types.

Once we start to finally become a successful outfit. We should offer this clown nothing.
