Player Of The Decade?

Depends how we look at it. So weve been going for 10 Years now, in which Hodgson played 5, and Prince 3.

Marshall and Farah have featured some way in 6 and probably get it on that.

Ben Galea and Skando woudlnt be far off either.

Benji's only had 2 good seasons out of his 6\. 2005 and 2009\. Very happy he got through a full year this season and only missed one match due to the flu. The confidence built up from an injury free season has been reflected through his performance.

But best player … My vote goes to Hodgo. That banner that used to appear at games sums it up. Heart. Guts. Hodgo.

Hodgson was consistently amongst the top 2 or 3 players in the side for a longer period than any other player has managed. I think it has to go to him and it's a long gap to probably Farah in second place.

Farah (for his consistency) and Marshall (for his brilliance albeit spotty)

Skando player of the decade pfft

Skando….

Gallant shades Skando surely. Then there is collis and of course big Ray Cashmere.

Thank goodness for the maggies nursery!

My vote goes to **MARSHALL** For the following reasons;

#1 He is our most skillfull ever player.
#2 He is our most feared strike weapon
#3 He is highly respected among his playing peers from rival clubs
#4 His teammates seem to lose confidence when he is out
#5 He has played a fair bit of rep football now and he has handled it - this cant be said about any other candidate.
#6 He is an international captain.
#7 He CAN tackle
#8 He DOES have a good passing game
#9 Great vision
#10 Great step
#11 Is a goal kicker

ONLY one player mentioned here has scored a try in a WORLD 7's final, scored a try in the NRL Grand Final, scored a try in a World Club Challenge. And is STILL currently the WestsTigers HIGHEST EVER tryscorer!! :master:
