Player transfers as compensation

Can someone explain how we would get players for a coach, when we don't have a coach to decide whether or not the players offered (as if that would ever happen) would be what we need?

if we could get another prop the replace Sue who has been huge this yr, and a centre to compliment Masters, we would be off to a good start… dont need a coach to know that filling those positions on a low rate works. Hard second rower wouldnt hurt either. Otherwise Sue Panthers and Ivan. We were forced to pay Taylor, its not like we dont have precedent on our side in negotiations.

Don't like this, what's stopping the players coming here for a season then 'deciding' they don't like it and asking for a release? Would rather $$$$ or some form of agreement where we have a little bit of power.

Tigers can't handle coach who,is leaving and release him early , on a deal with no payout , Penrith get there man early . This I have heard around and probably will be the case

IF he wants to leave, or IF he signs with Panthers from 2021, we keep Cleary and have him coach Reserve grade (Robbie will like that one), or if he's so rubbish we have to release him, only release him if he signs another contract prohibiting him from any involvement with the Panthers for the period he was meant to be with us.

He won't agree to that, and that's fine. He can stay in Reserve grade.

Hang on no, not Reserve Grade, he'd get a good look to pinch our up and comers. He can cut the oranges or wash the jerseys. Pick up the rubbish at the stadium. Not driving the bus though…
