Strictly hypothetical, if you could sign people from other clubs to the Wests Tigers, who would you chose?

For me, personally there would be SO MANY but I've narrowed it down to…

**Kyle Eastmond** from St Helens @ #7 - would look great outside Benji.

**Sonny Bill Williams** - although he isn't the most well liked player, he's still one of the best I've ever seen play. Imagine if he wanted to come back to Rugby League & signed w/ the TIGERS, I assume there would be a lot of controversy but the ladies love him & he'd be a huge draw I think.

**Ben Matulino** - big fan of this guy, is only young too... would look good alongside Fifita, Dwyer & Murdoch-Masila.

**Isaac Luke** - Also a big fan of this guy, would use him as an interchange player like his role in the 4Nations I guess, have him come on & just create magic.

I'll narrow my list down to 5

**Josh Dugan**: Love the way this kid plays, he'd look great running off Benji.

**Akuila Uate**: One of the most entertaining players in the game, and has incredible speed and strength. Would bag 30 tries in a season playing on the end of our backline.

**Jarrod Waraea-Hargreaves**: Big, tough no-nonsense forward who can rattle off some big shots.

**Jarryd Hayne**: Obvious reasons, entertainment machine, would kill it in the same team as Benji and Robbie.

**Tom Leahroyd-Lahrs**: Devestating prop with plenty of size, love watching his big hit ups.

I read somewhere TLL is off contract next year & the NEWCASTLE KNIGHTS are going to throw the cheque book @ him. I rate both him & Shillington, wouldn't be unhappy to see either of em @ the club.

Dugan & Uate are both great prospects, got amazing speed.

JWH is a grub & Hayne is a diva, no thanks to them.

I respect your opinion, but thats what I have to say on those players, lol

Billy Slater. Dugan and Hayne have years ahead of them before they can match his consistency, effort and pure talent. And he has a good head on his shoulder to top it off unlike the Jayne Plane….

Bily "give away the World Cup & Four Nations Trophy' Slater…. No thanks!

Cant stand the guy and the way he plays. And dont get me started on the day I saw him push a kid.... :imp:

Hellz yeah, Slater is gun.
Such an erratic player - plays like theres 5 minutes left & his team is 4 behind for the entire game.
Definately the most creative & consistent fullback in the league.

Dugan is promising & I don't know if he'll spend his career's entirety @ fullback, but definitely an up & coming prospect that has the goods.

And RE: Hayne, couldn't agree more. He has the talent but I think he's massively over-rated & he'll probably be playing soccer in another country within the next 4 years for 2.5m a season.

My shopping list would be Josh Dugan; David Shillington; Bodene Thompson & Jarel Yow Yeh…

Screw Bodene - he had his chance to be a Tiger & reneged on his agreement - setting the precedent for Kahu to follow!

I'm with you on Billy though Watto! Overrated is not a strong enough word!

- Quade Cooper (fullback or anywhere really)
- Josh Dugan (wing, fullback)
- Sonny Bill
- Jeremy Smith

I think as a squad the Tigers are quite possibly the strongest in the comp this year, but to add to them I'd happily take Sam Burgess and Ben Matulino to strengthen the forward pack and Akila Uate and Josh Dugan in the backs.

I think all the club has one of the strongest rosters in the NRL, all it needs at the moment is a strong consistant FB and another reliable metre eating prop, both of which we potentially already have among our ranks waiting for the opportunity to prove themselves (FB: Brown, McKinnon, Mullaney, Moltzen, Daniella, Latu –- PR: Fifita, Moors, Woods, Begovich, Schirnack, Murdoch, Roqica, Cayless etc).

But if money wasn't an option and we could nab them tomorrow.. Justin Hodges (FB) and Matthew Scott (PR).

hmm has daniela and latu played fullback before?

Quade Cooper would look good with Tigers esp supporting Benji or running with Benji. Only problem is he would get selected for QLD in SOO and I wouldn't like that as a Blues supporter

Others, I like Billy Slater and Sam Burgess.

A mere blip in an otherwise brilliant career.

Bit of a consensus with a few of theres players so far.
Dugan, Uate, TLL, Sam Burgess & Quade Cooper
Big name players, i'm sure other clubs would feel the same way.
