PLAYERS PRAISED FOR EXCELLENT BEHAVIOUR

I'm not surprised at all by this. Someone at work was on the same plane coming back from Townsville and said the boys were very well behaved. At a personal level, after the trial at Gosford last year the boys were at West Gosford McDonalds having a bite after the game. They were so quiet I didn't even hear them leave!

Unfortunatley, much like "Plane lands safely at Sydney airport"…these stories dont make the news.

Good on the boys.....those that matter know how well they represent the club

one of my favourite quotes ink, so many times players (and celebs in general) thanklessly spend hours a week talking to fans signing autographs and being good citizens in general but no one ever mentions these "planes landing safely" and we hear about the Todd Carney's of the NRL world

As Jack Gibson said "Winning starts at the front desk".

If you are professional off the field the individual players and the club benefits from better sponsorships and a better attitude within the organisation.

The Roosters need only look at their poor on field performances in 11 to see that this is completely true.

What odds this story gets on the front and back page of the papers. :brick:

This club has a great culture so I would expect nothing less from the boys. Kudos to all involved. :master: :master:

What is funniest about that story is the Grand Hotel. Are we out of cash ? For the boys to be eating there times must be tough. ( I live in the next town )

Lets just say I wouldn't take my family to that pub …

This is an outstanding piece of good news. Willow, where was it published? As a club supporter and member, I am very proud of the squad very well done to all involved (I'm going onto the official site to say the same).
