Would be good if we kept Akauola but given he'll probably return to reggies when Sue comes I wouldn't be too upset if we lost him…....
Like most of you I think Gavet, Ava and Thompson should be priorities and hopefully we can squeeze Brown into the cap somewhere......Thought BMM was playing terrific footy towards the back-end of last year but clearly something's gone wrong along the way and if he has to be moved on to accommodate the re-signings of the boys mentioned above then I'm all for it.....
Buchanan also was reasonable last year but doesn't have the aggression or impact of any of the current pack members and it'd be criminal if he was kept at the expense of others.....Jack is on a 3 year deal (IIRC?) so it'll be interesting (probably more nerve-wracking) to see how things pan out......
There's definitely strong chemistry in our pack this year and i really think this will play into our hands when their respective contract negotiations start....they each draw upon one another's successes and I really don't think some of them would've kicked on quite as well at other clubs......
