Positives

I feel that I've been extremely negative so I thought I would start a thread regarding the positives so far this season:-

1\. Our halves. I really think that they have been putting their bodies on the lines and they are showing some skill as well. There is the occasional poor play and they have been speed humps a couple of times however I think they are book looking good.
2\. Tedesco - he looks quality to me.
3\. Naquaima - I reckon he has performed great.
4\. Sue - he has really kicked on.
5\. Halatau - he has been solid. Just quality work all over the field.

Anyone have any other positives so far.

It is a positive to be positive well done ,yes there are a few positives what about NOFO back :righton:

Taupau has be consistent
Defence is better
We have got some games into our young guys
We have most of our team signed to contracts for next couple of years

The real evidence of some improvement will be in the way we finish our season.

Its good to look at the positives, but if Naquaima is the third best thing to happen to us this year its no wonder we are down the wrong end of the table.

The only real positive i see so far is a good run with injuries.

big positive, only 16 more weeks to go, followed by another 26 weeks and then we can sign some one any one, nearly broke out into the queen song there.

We've had one really lousy performance this year. Add some experience and poise to our young guys and a few of those close losses become wins.

I didn't go into cardiac arrest watching this team give up a 22 point lead and allow Canberra to score 30 unanswered points.

I consider that a positive.

How good we can be for 15-20 minutes at the start of a game when our forwards are rolling through the middle. Woods, Sauce and Tapau.
Youngsters coming through, Lovett, Hoeter and Lodge; have not hindered our progress, the problem has been with the existing team.

Lots of positives as listed above however we really need two quality second rowers and a speedy centre.

2017 is looking good

ONLY PROBLEM WITH UR COMMENT IS 2017 IS A HELL OF A LONG WAY OFF.

Very good
Woods - probably the best prop in NRL
Tedesco - one of the best FB this season, our main attacking weapon
Sue - much improved this season

Good
Taupau - much improved to the last year, needs more consistency, IMO he shall be our bench impact player
Seumanufagai - consistently solid, deserves more game time, starting prop with Woods
Galloway - without injury he is more consistent, he has still lot to offer, IMO he shall be on the bench and replace Woods
Richards - very solid, the first to take hard runs.
Simona - unfortunately few injuries affected his impact, one of our most dangerous weapons
Farah - solid, rock and diamonds, has to be more consistent
Naiqama - solid, one of the players that can break the line anytime,
Halatau- very good in defence

Average
Brooks, Lovett, Buchanan, Lodge, Hoeter

Disappointing
Lawrence, Sironen, Moses

This is interesting, Taupau for mind has only been consistent when we have won. When we lose he isn't leading from the front nor playing consistently like he does for NZ. We need him to be a rep quality player and leader week in week out.
