Don't know if Cleary is that happy with the win , you don't have to draw a picture about how you got the points but the picture wouldn't be a masterpiece that's for sure

Put it in perspective. Cleary has been with the club for only 5 days, he still has a lot of ground to make up. He obviously tweaked a few things positional and interchange wise, but the longer he's here the slowly I think we will improve. He has 8 days with them now till Easter Monday. The long turnaround will help him in further establishing relationships.

He was pleased with the win but did say we cant make it that hard each week and except to win

A win in Townsville at anytime under any circumstances is a good win.
We seem to have a thing over the Cowboys. Last time we played them the excuses were made that the Cows couldnt have played any worse - now thats two times.
After the week we have endured cant find too much to complain about - I thought we would get smashed.

We were penalised 9-2 and got a gutsy win in townsville so that is a solid effort.We definately need to improve on that but Cleary is the right man to do it.Am feeling far more confident about our future than i was at the start of the season.
Fitness still seems to be a massive issue i can only assume they had a very very soft off season.I am positive Cleary wont be that generous in 2018 and will work the clappers off them

I like how cleary was asked about Moses performance at the end and rather than talk about Moses the individual he answered the question based on the team as a whole.

The J curve is up and running again since Round 5\. Now that we don't have Monday night footy anymore, I'm hoping to get it done each Monday morning.
