Potential for trouble

I know ANZ is a lot different to Leichhardt, but having been to both games the last 2 weeks, besides 5 people attempting to start a Robbie chant during the warm up of the Saints game, everyone's focus seemed to be on the game.

Dont think the crowd will be focused on robbie on the weekend.

we need a win to get in the top 8.

they will get behind the team.

Why?? Has he been sacked??
😛ray: 😛ray: 😛ray:

you may be able to tick that box off if we miss the top 8 this year

I'd really hate to get rid of Taylor only to replace him with someone similar

Potter didnt get along with everyone, Taylor had/has his issues
Im hoping the next person to coach is a complete coach who has even better people skills

Taylor will be here next yr regardless if we make the 8 or not.

Well in that case I'm sure there'll be plenty of booing when JT's face appears on the big screen lol

Id take Cleary anyday, looks like Macguire might be looking for a job soon aswell. I think it would be $150k well spent if we dont make the top "9" and we pay Taylor to go. Id even reckon we could convince farah to fund the pay out lol. JT has potential but team selection and playing players out of position i think shows he is a good assitant coach at best. Our attack has improved so mAybe we can keep him on as an attacking coach in a win win situation. The only reason these guys still talk about farah is because its a great cover up for not having to call Jt out for the crazy things he does to the team.

Love the passion from the hill. My dad tells me that my great grandma used to go berko on the hill with an umbrella.
My great grandfather refused to sit on the same side of LO as her.

When the chant JT is a wanker starts as it always does when the Cowboys play at LO whom will it be directed at

You would hope those in attendance will be there to support the Wests Tigers Team….Leaving the crap behind...

With it looking likely Farah will be missing from first grade again this sunday, and the passion surrounding his dropping….I hope we dont see any real trouble at LO

I imagine some will want to get a message across, with a large crowd and FTA cameras ....its an opportunity I guess.

I know what the hill can get like towards the end of a game, passion alcohol and a difference of opinion can sometimes lead to amusing scenes...I just hope its only amusing and nothing worse

Something like this perhaps. The head trouble maker is wearing tigers colors and…Oh I cant say that....Lets just say this guy and Robbie share a love of kebabs.

Hate to be a wowser, but that just sounds racist.

Robbie owned a restaurant had a kebab named after him and this was at a Lebanese restaurant.I would say it is a pretty safe bet they both like kebabs.

As much as emotions been high the past week It would be an embarrassment if people didn't support the side come Sunday and got focused on the Robbie stuff.

We haven't been this close to a Top 8 birth in years and despite me thinking we are not going to make it, the crowd has to be 18th Man on Sunday.

Once the game is underway everyone will be hoping for the same thing.

Depends if JT plays Lovett in the centre…..but won't all us Balmain types be too busy sipping lattes and weaving kale baskets too cause any trouble?

Didn't Robbie own an Italian restaurant? I'm not Lebanese but I like kebabs. That's the thing about racial stereotypes - they're often wrong.

The other thing about racial stereotypes is they are often done by people with a small brain who are generally racist.

Nice deflection away from what seems a racist post but maybe you should actually take a look at the video before posting rubbish.
The guy starting the trouble had a blue and orange Nike shirt on - not Tigers colours.
Also not sure what anybody sharing a liking of kebabs has anything to do with being violent.
At least we can see now where your dislike of Farah stems from.

Like most professional football games in Australia, I'm sure the security will be well informed and aware of any potential bad behaviour. If of course a small segment want to make it about them, it can always happen, but the majority of people will be there to watch the Tigers win.

I'd suggest there wont be many banners allowed in considering the stupid ones we saw at the NSW Cup game a few weeks ago, plus I'd say the club will play the 'Injured' card for one more week to ensure a smoother weekend!
