Why on earth would you drop Moltzen?????

People put 2 and 2 together and came up with 5, regarding the Moltzen/Marshall friendship.

Yes there would be. The players would refuse to play for the club ever again.

Who ever wants to react if Moltzen gets dropped can go. INCLUDING Marshall our players need to start learning that they don't run the club. I am pretty sure Farah would not care as long as we win lol

well said, although i'd feel bad letting marshall go it's not worth it if he wants to jeopordise the club's future over a mate.

I think Potter will drop Moltzen but needs a reason first to justify it. Injury would be preferable reason for diplomacy. Then again he could be like Macguire and just drop him now and be done with it.

Moltzen really should've specialised to be a centre with a support kicking/passing game ala Lyon. He can tackle ok (he'd probably be better than Lawrence in the line) and his passing game is reasonable. Still a shitty running game.

I think Potter doesn't care less about what the players think about his decisions. I also really don't think Benji cares either - if his brother is allowed to be let go I think he will be fine with Moltzen not getting a first grade spot.

Basically I think this whole thread is madness.

Not at all, i just want someone to explain to me why Moltzen has never been dropped for consistently playing poorly over the past few years while we have had other options for a fullback and now we have a potential superstar in the waiting {teddy} and we still persist with this dud..

There is about a gazillion threads on that. Read them and move on. Sorry if its harsh, but the topic has been brought up so often. The club moved on and so should we

I can't answer that and the only person that can is Tim Sheens.

I can state a couple of points:-

1\. Conspiracy theories are on the whole madness. If you think Benji would leave or have a massive tantrum I think that this is pretty unfair on Benji. He has in my opinion proven to be loyal to the Tigers.
2\. Moltzen has lots of upsides. He looks great when he is in form. He is fast, reasonably strong, can read the play well and has a passing game. He is close to being a really good footballer and I get how the coaching staff focus on his positive traits. Moltzen to me shows potential to turn into a really good player and even over the course of this season has been basically solid.
3\. Despite everything in point 2 I would prefer Tedesco in the first grade team at fullback.
4\. Why not just ask your question/opinion rather than talking around it. If you think Tedesco is the better option why not just state that.

I think we all know tedesco is a real fullback! A specialist.

But not to be lost I am one of moltzens most critical fans.

He is not a terrible player but is a jack of all trades, he does everything well, but nothing great!

Should be where he belongs as utility, cover players when needed!

Tedesco I he can stay fit will be there before the year is out

But everyone needs to remember that potter said that they may play a different position to suit the team, maybe one on the wing???

Pretty stupid thread. Like the players are going to revolt…Please, they're paid professionals.

Why are children allowed to start threads ?
You wouldn't get a closer bunch of mates then the Wests Tigers players. Watch the game tonight.

Interesting point you raise on the kids - I have noticed an explosion of posts from members who seemingly can't even get their L's yet. Not that there is anything wrong with that - I just think we all need to be a bit more understanding.

Where will be all the abuse now tedesco dropped a high ball because if it was moltzen everyone would call for his sacking
