Cheers mate, hope you are well!

Hoping that positive news comes out of our club to make things easier in Tiger town!

I haven't had such a stress free day since i was the watch officer at Pearl Harbour on 7th December 1941.

Keep smiling everyone

I can confirm having read the forum for the last 4 or 5 days, there are a large number of users who are not ok.

I think some use the forum as a means of destressing, which is better than burdening their non-Tigers supporting families with the ongoing tale of woe that is Wests.

Cheers @Demps - good idea starting this thread!

I have a family of women who couldn't give a rats and a son in law who is great to my daughter and I wouldn't swap him for any other bloke.......but he knows nothing about any sport.
The steam needs to be released.

Hope *everyone* is OK.

My inbox or phone is always available for any one in need of a chat.

Got time for all the lads.

A big shout out to Madge today...

Good call, I reckon his mental health has taken a beating over the last 12 months especially. Despite your thoughts as to his coaching or interpersonal skills, the guys clearly one tough man.

What do you do if you know someones not OK but they think they are and won't do anything
about it?

Keep talking to them..

There is a questionaire on Beyond Blue from memory .....and it rates your mental health ......

Your GP can give you the same quiz .....

Anyone who has kids or contacts in the 17-21 age bracket in particular need to keep a close eye on them. Missing out on so many rites of passage {travel , schoolies, planning careers etc) during some of the most care free years of their lives must be having demoralising effect on many of them.
