Rabbits v Roosters

May I add, how good was Ben Teo? was unbelievable, it's a pity he has no loyalty in his blood to stay put at any given Club.
You would sign him thinking you can build a side around him, then bang of to Union he goes.
Real pity wished he never left us.

For Souths it was all about aggression and intensity in defense. They just kept coming in numbers and with intent.

We are so far away from being able to play that physical game and that is what wins big games. As for the Chooks to many of their players put up the white flag when the going got tuff. Hard to see either Penrith or the Dogs beating them, but I get the feeling Penrith would have the better chance of the two.

Anyway good to see the end of the Chooks and I think they my drop off the pace a little in 2015 unless their cheque book comes out again and snares some big names

The thing is we did show that intensity and agression a few times this year (souths and manly) and we beat both these teams as a result. I believe we are able to play to that level however our biggest problem is being able to produce that performance consistently over the entire season.

Full credit to SBW for showing some old school class by saying that there was nothing in the Luke tackle and he should have no case to answer. Would gave been easy to say he was fearing for his life.

Really? So you advocate breaking people's necks. The classy thing to do was to say nothing and let the judiciary decide. The rule against lifting is there for a good reason.

so by saying in that particular tackle, he didnt feel as though he was in a dangerous position and consequently that luke shouldnt face any charges, he is advocating breaking peoples necks? would love to see how you came to that conclusion.

CQ,that photo of Taz is to flattering I think Taz was uglier than that in more ways than one… 😕  :sign:

I agree. And if SBW really thought there was a lot of malice involved he would feel Luke would deserve to miss the GF…

😱pen_mouth: unrelated but. In English soccer now it seems that if a free kick is given near the goal area ref has to now spray the spot with grass paint to prevent any creeping forward and likewise to maintain the 10 metres the opposition. I watched A game on fox myself last weekend it's true.

Didn't the big ,bad Roosters forwards go missing when they were trying to get out of there own red zone

Apart from Moa and occasionally SBW , you just didn't see them

One bloke I thought did play well for the Roosters last night was SKD

Agreed and I am with you on SKD, he really tried to get something going, Jennings must be the most over paid player in the league and I can see why they want Foran, Maloney is hot and cold
