It’s less about the Sharks and more about the Rabbits. Souths playing with super aggressive D and line speed. Very few mistakes as well. Bullying Sharks and winning the ruck. Exactly what we didn’t do. We played with no line speed or aggression. We aloud them room to run and gain momentum.
Rabbits refusing to give any time or space. When you play that way the attack takes care of itself.

Souths played the perfect game to be beat the Sharks. Good line speed, effective strong tackling and mistake free, well executed attack. I was surprised by the winning margin though. Thought they might struggle to score without Latrell but no problem at all with Walker, Gray and Johnson all having big games. And how about the rookie? I haven't seen such an impressive, confident debut in a long time. Souths have a good system going. Conversely, that game has shown me that the Sharks are just not able show the discipline, determination and toughness required to beat the better sides. Imposters really.
