Can’t think of the last time a final round meant as little as this one.
Yeah was thinking tha same.last night and probably not a good betting weekend...lots of players towards the end of games will be thinking of Bali

Leo Thompson is a myth. Looks like Tarzan plays like Jane. He is not the enforcer the dogs thought they were getting. Tupouniua is much better but injured alot.

I hate to say it, but in hindsight we should've focused on keeping Galvin rather than Jarome.
I completely disagree because the circus that Galvin bought to the club would have continued unabated destroying any team harmony.His ego needed to be removed

Yes and no. He's still young.
When I was his age I thought the world was my oyster, like most 20 something year olds do. However life kicks you in the nuts and you grow up.
In terms of talent, I believe that Lachlan has superior skills in comparison to Jarome, and he's only going to get better.
This years stats tell the true story.

You're right. We were locked in with Jarome (which hasn't worked out well), and then there was a power struggle that Benji created by giving Lachlan free rein in order to keep him.
That ego boost, the passive-aggressive relationship with Jarome, and Gould's exceptional media tactics changed the game.
I also believe HBG are useless at recognising and retaining future talent.
Sadly Galvin’s antics in leaving brought chaos to our team and his inclusion brought a huge disruption to the Dogs team last season. He has weathered the storm over the past 18 months and is now turning into a much more composed and effective player for the Dogs. He has a pretty good future, imo as he grows in maturity and settles more into the Bulldogs style of play.
