Something we aren't seeing is the cross-field bomb on tackle 5. It's an option we should take advantage of as we have a bunch of guys who are good in the air - Tupou, Doueihi, Naden. Don't think there's been a single bomb inside the opposition 30m. It's something that Brooks is actually good at, so use it Sheens goddammit.

WE needed to win the first 2 rounds as well - this just looks like nothing has changed from previous years-however I suppose we have to give the benefit of doubt -there's nothing else we can do- or just move on

I’m happy with honest effort. Letting Brooks loaf across field with nobody having the desire to run him a line was embarrassing. Our kick chase is pathetic. Fix the ticker and good things come. Not holding my breath.

I saw Brooks throw his arms up in frustration. He was quite animated, in he looked angrier than Tommy did when Hastings tried to placate him.
Anyone at the ground hear what Brooks was saying? You can leave out the vitriol.

He clearly stated on more than one occasion that he did not want to be captain.
Making him captain against his wishes is definitely something we could expect from a wooden spoon club.
Meanwhile we had an existing player who wanted to be captain in Doueihi, but for some reason he was overlooked?

Really? A well constructed try would be nice. A win seems far fetched to be honest. Though the dogs don't have a great forward pack apart from Mahoney.

To be fair our forward pack has been ordinary.
