Hopefully he will have his usual brain snap and be unavailable for Souffs at some stage and derail their season. (AGAIN)
I don't think I have ever seen a player who has so much talent as Latrell - he just does everything effortlessly. It's a shame that he can be such a grub, but damn if I wouldn't love to have him as a Tigers grub!

Evidence that a coach is only as good as his squad?
Certainly a very good point and one we should all consider when we are slagging coaches. “If you don’t have the cattle” etc etc. it must be tough.
So with that valid point in mind…. What you want from your team is effort and desire, you want every player wearing your jersey to give it a red hot crack. Then what you want from your coach is to get the absolute best out of every player. If you lose, well you can still feel like they all did their best.
It becomes up to the coach, the club recruitment and player management to sort out and refine a squad who have the talent and skills to compete.
Our Tigers seem to have travelled down this path with Richo and Benji now, and if they can keep improving, are well placed for success.

Yes, spot on, in my delight of watching the mighty falling neglected to recognise this.

Also, their dilemma shows how difficult it can be to reverse a losing run, even with their weakened squad of previous years they have some experienced heads still in the side that don't seem to be making any difference.

To make things worse it looks like the halfback is injured, one has to ask are the Storm capable of getting out of this predicament this season.

No, they are not. I tipped them to miss the 8 at the start of the season but I thought they would be in the cluster of teams competing for the final couple of spots. I've seen nothing to suggest they will be one of those teams.

One thing is for sure RHS, we won't be playing them into form.

We need to be relentless against them.

They could though I doubt they will. Munster has been awful but we've seen them pick and stick and get performances in the past.
Plenty of decent/in form options in DCE, Walker, Dearden, Clifford, Campbell, Boyd but none demanding selection.
it should be a good series this year
