At the end of the day the experience other teams have and the quality players we lack is why we sit in a race for the spoon. Woods & Marty are quality front rowers but we lack quality backrowers who can change a game, thats our biggest problem. The halves are inexperienced and hopefully get better, but they need to play behind a dominant pack which they rarely do. Thats why we are good in the first 20 cause we have Woods & Marty, once they go off we have a pack of NSW Cup players. Im still have faith in Taylor he did it with Parra & Souths and the players need to get on board with his style or move them on

To move them on we really need to have experienced players to take their place. It doesn't sound like we are in the market place looking for anyone at the moment so the same will continue with the forwards into next year as well.

Take Tedesco out of yesterdays game and they would probably struggle against a NSW Cup team.

In all honesty, we just don't have the cattle to compete week in, week out. Simple as that.

Last year we sacked our coach, lost some good players and didn't recruit (most likely because we didn't have a coach).

The young players coming through are promising but can't compete against more experienced sides.

The board has been a dog's breakfast for years and it's now showing on the paddock unfortunately.
