15\. Reagan Campbell-Gillard (Penrith Panthers)
16\. Kane Evans (Sydney Roosters)
17\. Jason Clark (South Sydney Rabbitohs)

18th man: Joseph Paulo (Parramatta Eels)

A lot of undeserved selections there. Notably: Waqa Blake, Reynolds, Keary, Campbell-Gillard and Clark.

To be honest only Tedesco was a chance other then Sironen for city country.

Richards wasnt going to play city country due to his age, Simona is NZ, Lawrence is no chance, Naquama is for FIji, Moses and Brooks are young (although Keary isn't better then Brooks even now), Taupau will play for NZ, Lovett has only played 2 or 3 games, Galloway pulled out

Absolutely! Tupou very lucky as well - he's done bugger all this year.

No such thing as 'undeserved selections' in a Rep Team… They all play NRL for that chance of going to the next level.

Form is only part of the selection process. Alot of it comes down to trying combinations and potential.

Jack Bird for Country is clear indicator of that.

Curtis Sironen only Tiger named for City none for country

Wow really? That's a real kick in the guts I reckon.

City v Country is a farce mate !
I'd rather have most of our squad fighting fit for the next NRL game !

It's all very well for us to want our guys fighting fit for the next game, but I'm sure some of our young guys would've been stoked with a call up to rep honours. Even if it is just City/Country, it's a start for them to show what they can do on the rep stage.

Waqa Blake and Campbell-Gillard being there is bizarre to say the least. Looks like they've selected guys in their favoured positions though so Moylan being ahead of Tedesco is fine. Tedesco would have been good in the centres though.

Both sides for your viewing

Not sure how Teddy doesn't make it at least in the City side.

How is Josh Reynolds there? Lack of choice?

That bench is worse than most NRL team benches.

Not many from either city/country that if ld pick for origin.

Tedesco could have played wing or centre or even came off the bench.

Mark Moylan down for Origin, looks like Tedesco has missed out so as not to interfere with Moylan's trial or upstage him in any way.

Dugan will be fb for nsw, not much comes of the city country games. They're only good to give a few up and coming stars a run.

Only thing playing against Tedesco is game time having had long layoff from injury. His time will come.

Guess Teddy will just have to play Moylen off the park when we play the Panthers.
