Repercussions from Monday Night

Given the huge penalty count we were slammed with on Monday night, it got me thinking about how referees are going to handle our games in the future.
Are we now a target for play the ball penalties?
Will we be over scrutinised and ridden by referees for the rest of the season?
Once we gain the "ill-disciplined" tag I know it can be very hard to shake and as a consequence can draw penalties that other teams may not get penalised for.
Each game should be a clean slate and the men in pink should call what they see.
Thoughts?

Spot on & it should be the same for every one, but it wont. Melbourne had a Melbourne done on them & the Refs didnt like it, but its o.k for Melbourne to do it.

I recall Brandy saying we are the most penalised team this season.

I think we have to really watch the hands on the ball in the tackle and heed instruction better in that facet.

Other then that we are going to have to take our hits for a while.

Right or wrong if your team is characterised as big or strong the reffs give more leeway in the ruck. Watch Souths and Easts if you want examples. We have been known for over a decade as light on in the forwards and we get movement calls accordingly along with virtually zero dominant tackles allowed.
