Well we might be having a crap time with injuries, but after registering such a gritty win against Canberra, at least the results of all the other matches this weekend went our way and we hang onto 6th place!

Sharks over Brisbane
Newcastle over Parra
Saints over Storm
Cowboys over Rabbits and
Manly over Roosters

Some big upsets there and we couldn't have asked for better results this weekend - nice to have something go our way for once :smiley:

What a bizarre round of footy. Only 1 team in the top 8 won, and that was Manly who played another top 8 team. Canterbury had a bye, and the other 6 teams all lost.

If it wasn't for our injuries, I'd be extremely happy…

Who are all in the top 4 in the next 4 weeks…thank god for that bye. We will also be missing 4 key players vs panthers.

If you can't beat the top teams at their full compliment, what is the point of making the finals anyway?

No point crawling into 8th position if you are gonna get lapped by 4th in week 1.
