Reynolds back to Bulldogs?

Taking all the emotion out of it, if Canterbury are paying the majority of the freight, it's worth doing. I like Grub, but he has been sidelined way too much with injury and he's one of Canterbury's favourite sons, I can't imagine him not wanting to go home if they want him. His time here (both on and off the field,) has probably been a time of his life he'd rather forget. Recurrent injuries and the trouble with the girl, I'd not be surprised if he wants to go home and start afresh.

Bulldogs need JRey to be frank. So I'd be happy enough to keep him just to spite the Bulldogs. They can suffer for seasons and seasons more.

Wonder what it means for Lachlan Lewis. I get the vibe that kid has attitude problems.

He got hooked in the dogs last game. He has talent but plenty to be worked on, very one dimensional. Brandon Wakeham looks the goods

Dogs coaching staff have big question marks on Lewis’s kicking game. Personally I think he goes okay, but probably needs a quality half around him

Lachlan Lewis is a pretty good player Foran for the dogs is injury prone. Lewis might be worth a look for us maybe Brooks and him can switch 7 and 6

I think Lewis has the skill set to go places, but I dont think he is fitting into the doggies system very well. Not sure what he's on, but if the price is right, he and Brookes could be a good long term halves outfit.

We have just as good or better choices on our books now

Well he will not be coming to the Tigers then .

I can’t believe anyone would be disappointed with Reynolds leaving. Walter’s is not good enough but does as good a job as Reynolds for a fifth of the price

I'm hoping WT saying we don't want to let Reynolds go is a ploy to make Bulldogs offer more in their split of his wage.

Just heard a snippet from 7 News saying dogs are interested still and a deal (obviously) will need to be made with WT

I'd swap Reynolds for Lewis + some cash.

I think Lewis is real good, great defender, not a bad kicking game and reasonable passing game.

Could go real well with Luke in a very long partnership.

Great defender, poor kicking game

Spot on, that’s exactly what’s happening....Madge rates Walters and Madden ahead of JRey....

Hopefully it happens. Love Reynolds but it’s the smartest decision for the club. A few people in here seem to have mail that it’ll happen but I’ll wait and see.

Kieran Foran is apparently confident he can be back for round 3 this year according to the NRL physio. If he’s that close to playing it makes it a lot less likely Reynolds moves to the dogs

Well I hope Bulldogs enjoy his services between Round 3 and Round 7, when he gets injured again.

I’d be surprised if Foran doesn’t give it away at the end of the year.

Has said he wants to play on

His body might have other ideas.

For the life of me I do not understand why bulldogs want him so bad? Haha how many games has he played for us? He’s good on his day but they already have 1 of the most over paid halfs in the game haha
