Reynolds

I have said a few times and I will say it again….as Reynolds gets fitter and plays more games in NRL then he and Brooks will get better...I actually gave it to Brooks after the Panthers game because we all keep hearing how this is his team and controls it...I haven't seen it yet, some bits and pieces but not fully...
I think if JR stays in the halves he will be better for Brooks than Benj...Im not bagging Benj but Reynolds enthusiasm and passion may just fire Brooks up enough to start opening up more and giving us a view of his real halfback potential...
I will honestly say that the whole team must start to gel as one unit, this will happen as the season progresses, new faces to play alongside and a new coach...it takes time..
I will also say I get bitterly disappointed as many others do,but we have to put ourselves in the players boots to really know what is happening,it is still early days for the season, there is a fairly long road ahead before we find out who will be playing finals footy...

Yes, good post and I tend to agree…Reynolds is our 5/8 for the next 3 years, so lets invest the time in him to gel with the team...Its his spot to lose now....as for Benji....its his last year and he is a Wests Tigers legend, thus he should not be subjected to playing reserve grade...find a spot for Benji in the 17 either on the bench as a spark for 15-20 minutes or maybe even a centre spot....with Jennings to the wing.

I thought Maguire didn't rate Reynolds and was shipping him off…?

Benji to reserves if Reynolds is playing better then him. No sympathy spots in the 17.

reynolds is playing 10x better than him atm, and i dont think benji will be any better after comming back from the injury

yeah, he's cooked…..... not a bad back up though.

Reasonable point. I still think your slightly missing what I'm saying about Josh's game across the 80 mins. IMO his performance has been overhyped by many. It was good, but plenty to improve on.

Warriors semi, rosters semi? Baby Broncos, Broncos and refs at campbo last year? Dragons semi with knees in the back in the last minute and No penalty.

In the long run this will struggle to make my top 5 "bad losses". Says it all really…

Those 50 point losses to the Raiders, three in a row, take some beating as our worse losses. The 3rd one, last year, was followed by a disheartening loss to the Titans in front of a full Leichhardt Oval there to see Farah's return.

Yeah, no cockiness, greed, ego, poor attitude or ridiculous decisions from the players in this loss. Rather, there was great effort and willingness to have a go, that sadly was let down by the execution of some tasks.

For those that don't think Reynolds contribution deserves the accolades, we quite possibly score zero points without him.

And I was one of them. Thought he was going to turn into a bad signing but I’m happily eating my words. His kicking game in particular has been sensational.

effort makes such an impact, attack was better again and loving his kicking game. defence is enthusastic and that stats prob do him a disservice because his missed tackles were often where he was adding pressure with a line behind him so worth the attempt others may not have made. loving him

Named Chan Nine MOM and donated his cheque to save our sons charity
