RHYSE MARTIN

Yep he's staying at the Dogs for next year

One year deal which I found strange. Would've thought they'd lock him up for at least two seasons.

He’s not coming.

Correct but there is rumors of another Bulldog coming.Yes?

And this other bulldog is?

I'll guess klemmer

I don't know.Heard Newcastle were favoured. But if we keep winning pretty sure he may have a rethink with Mbye and Josh here.A lot of water must pass under the bridge with Klemmer though re Release from dogs etc.

would be interesting to have klemmar and packer in the same team after they almost punched on at the end of the game last time

Didn't Brown dismiss any prospect of Klemmer going to Knights? I thought I heard Brown say in a TV interview he asked and the Bulldogs said no, End of story,

yeah I thought that was weird as well actually. He seems to be going alright in a beaten side too.

A few good games doesn't make him a stalwart of the team.

The Dogs are desperate and they know enough not to through money they dont have away.

This is something that We Tigers haven't understood, We are repeat "OVERS" offenders

They don't have any money, though - certainly not enough to lock up a promising young player for multiple seasons. My guess is Martin thinks he'll get more on the open market at the end of next year so was willing to re-sign for a year at a club where he'll get lots of game time and will likely be hailed as a standout (because its roster is a garbage fire).

For the Dogs, basically they'd rather have him for one more year than lose him so they took the only option available.
