And the story goes, the reason why he was decked was because he berated Fa'alogo in front of the whole dressing room after knocking out Anasta.
Fa'alogo never forgot it and was leaving and had nothing to lose. Which if true, says more Fa'alogo than JT.

You brushed the players and said that their statements were just PCQuotes when the PC line would be to agree with the admin and coach, if you say that they were not giving their honest answer, you must think they are lying. And that they only tell the truth in a pub

WESTS Tigers prop Aaron Woods had two simple words to describe his reaction to the news good mate Robbie Farah is being pushed out of the club.
“Complete shock,’’ Woods told The Daily Telegraph.
“He’s our leader. Robbie is one of my best mates. I don’t know the full ins and outs of the story, but I know Robbie has bled for this club. There’s been blood, sweat and tears. I know that saying has been heard a lot, but it’s true.“
I’ve never seen somebody train so hard and do what he can to get on the field.
“You’ve seen him at Origin. He brings toughness, experience, a controlled head.
“He’s the best player I’ve played with, and I don’t throw that comment around too often.
“With the injuries he’s had with his back, he trains that hard. He’s the complete athlete, a competitor. I can’t say a bad word about him.’’
Woods found out about the Farah bombshell on Monday night via email, around the same time The Daily Telegraph broke the news about the Tigers’ decision to grant their skipper permission to play elsewhere in 2016.
The players were all smiles around Farah when he arrived for a gym session on Thursday. He sat to one side during a video session with the forwards.
Woods and Farah celebrate have been central to the Tigers and NSW.
When told coach Jason Taylor thought “the club needs a fresh start, and Robbie needs a fresh start’’, Woods said: “He’s the coach and he’s entitled to his opinion.
“It’s hard because Robbie has been at the club for so long. We only know Rob.
“JT has come in and he’s new. That’s JT’s opinion. At the end of the day, it comes down to the coach and the board.
“It’s something as a team we all need to embrace. All the boys are sweet. Robbie has come in and been really good. He’s actually encouraged us.
“The only thing he has done is tell us, ‘boys, don’t worry about what’s in the papers, we have a spoon to avoid. We need to win next two games’.’’
Woods would be in the box seat to take over the captaincy from Farah, and has already led the club during Farah’s absence at various stages this season.
“I wouldn’t take it off Robbie while he’s here,’’ Woods said.
“Whatever the club’s decision is I’ll stick with it. It (captaincy) is something as a kid you’d love to do. I’ll always strive to do that, but it’s the club decision.’’

Giving a political correct answer is not lying. Its telling some peanut journo what is appropriate within the current scenario.
You do realise half these 'quotes' are made up by the journos and they will txt the player to confirm they can 'quote' them?
I very much doubt players at the WT are having heart to heart with journos this week!

I agree with you completely Russell. What has been done has been done. Farah is not the first person in life, be it business or sport, to face a redundancy decision. In fact there have been many other players in this club that have or are already dealing with their own redundancy. It's time for the club's management to do what they were put in the job to and that is improve the club's financial situation and at the same time it's culture which has been in a disastrous state for the past two years. With the management having made it's most difficult redundancy decision relating to Farah I am very confident the club has latched on to an improvement spiral which will continue well into the future.
The saddest thing is that Farah only had to sign a back ended contract as we were short of dough because we were still paying players at other clubs thanks to to the former board.
Now the new board is happy to leave a massive hole in our salary cap again to have someone contracted to us play against us … or in reserve grade.

Someone tipped off JT and then leaked the story to the Telegraph.
There are still dots to be joined but thats the latest take on this mess.
