Mate , has he been 950 k consistent ??

Not even close , and it wasn't the current board who paid Farah those bucks

As I have said for a while if you support Robbie Farah you support someone who is currently doing everything in his power to destroy the WT's

And if you support that the club needs to be destroyed and Farah you aren't a WT's supporter in my books

The club he bleeds for

Maybe more apt would be the club he wants to spill every drop of blood

Great player he was , but he has been handed far too much power by previous management and we are now paying a huge price

Farah is a marquee player and captain(real) of my club. Is he worth 1 million to the Wests Tigers? Judging by the fans reaction he is worth more.

Either way we support the club first and foremost. Jason Taylors biggest achievement, almost delivering my club a maiden Wooden Spoon. Goodbye Jason Taylor.

I reckon there won't be too many fans at all thinking he is worth 950 k to this club

Even most of his most ardent supporters will baulk at that figure

As I have already . I don't support the club, I support the Team
And am entitled to do that if that's how I feel,
If we had a club worth supporting, that may be different. And maybe Pascoe can eventually get that.
But while we have a thin skinned insecure goose as a coach that'll never happen
I agree with you about the money , and believe that the only person worth the money that Robbies getting, is Tedesco,
And that goes for our two halves as well, they neither deserve the money they will be getting. Not on what Theyve shown thus far.
But I'd be interested to know what type of gun that Farah took into the contract negotiations.
This club signed that contract . Same with the halves and its up to the club to pay them until the contract is up. Too many clubs are doing this when it suits and as I've already said before, it's time he clubs were stopped signing contracts and thinking that they can just push players( any players) out when it suits them.
As

And Happy it's your and some others opinion that he's trying to destroy the club, that doesn't make it true. He's trying to do what he signed up to do, and that's to play at his best for 4 yrs. ,once again , he didn't instigate this . No matter how much you jump up and down about the money spent on him. He's carried this club for quite a while along with a few others. And maybe should have paid a bit more then. The club signed the contract

For those that have forgotten…

Farah is not worth 900K per year.......but is with his backended contract.
The club has said,as with all contracted players.....that he will get paid every cent.

So I don't understand the Robbie fans whinging he wont get paid, and the non-Robbie fans that he isn't worth that much.

Try and consider sense and facts in your argument, whatever side of the fence you are from...please.

Do guys know what..? All this thread has achieved is who loves Robbie and who loves JT…each has their following...there has been no solution to the problem through our discussions...all its done is made me stock pile QUICKEZE and PANADOL...Fairdinkum ...

IMO it's he worst thread I've seen on here since I joined the forum many years ago. The continual back and forth saying the same thing over and over and over and over again is both painful and nauseating. Your lucky your taking panadol, I'm onto panadeine forte.

To all who refer to the Warriors game at Campbo and saying how close Farah is to the playing group…think again...after being told he and the playing group don't get on in the week prior to the game within the media,Robbies favourite playing field, and all the Wobbie fans at Campbo waving their signs...the whole bloody team deserve an Academy Award for that performance...the only thing they didn't do was tongue kiss...what a performance for the TV viewers and fans....pity he didn't show that much emotional bond during the beginning of the season, instead have his hands on his hips and sooking under the goal posts glaring at his team mates...yeah club legend and fantastic leader!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So now its the fans fault as well. Get a grip or should I say release the grip!

GCT Farah is a player

Deny all you like he has been involved in taking two coaches down

When did the club employ him to give his opinion who should be coaching

Who asked his player / manager to involve two other players (Brooks and Moses ) in a supposed meeting (which we all know didn't happen )

He has instigated so much garbage that this club has had to endure that he seriously deserves every bit of karma he is currently getting

Funny how another team mate has reacted in all of this , sacking his player manager Proof enough that it was all some vile scaremongering story

But that's it isn't it , Robbie doesn't care who he tries to destroy along the way , club , coaches ,other players ,management

Tell me GCT or any other Farah supporters, can you honestly say its OK for Robbie's player manager to make up stories about other players to support Farah and then OK for Robbie to accept it and not tell the truth

Fine he wants to get stuck into the management and coaches , but why other team mates ??
\
\
\
But in many of your eyes that OK Just blame Taylor and the management , that's the popular thing to do

Some people are taking this situation so personally that you have to wonder what some are doing with their lives to hate Taylor so much. Like a guy i saw a few weeks ago filming himself ripping the tigers sticker off his car. At the end of the day, its a game.

I'm not even sure Tedesco is worth that money. He is our best player though and should be paid the most.

I still can't believe how much they paid Robbie though. He has been a real good player but its crazy money. The same goes for our halves. The same goes for Lawrence.

Still like you I think you have to make it work as well as possible.

This is so out of line its almost crazy. Its this blind belief that Taylor has done nothing wrong and its all Robbie's fault. I just don't get it.

I should add that for a while I've though Farah is overrated and I still think Benji was significantly the better player.

Taylors made mistakes along the way

But as a coach you sometimes have to find out how good your squad actually is (or isn't )

He has done that from time to time

We will find out whether getting rid of Farah is an error of judgement or not

Its not that. Its the outright over the top dramatics making out Farah is the devil. I really doubt its that extreme.

After what's been seen already. I wouldn't be surprised what the board and taylor would do if they thought that there was a chance of getting away with it. But I wouldn't have thought they would pull what they've already tried to do.

Yes like managing no points against the Cowboys reserves.

I think it has already been established there is back loading in that amount so the figure is actually less.

Didn't the DT report that Taylor contacted Souths and tried to swap Farah for McQueen or McInnes AFTER the threat was made? I recall this was confirmed by the Souths CEO.

Interestingly, Souths were concerned about the impact on young McInnis of the signing of Farah however this did not enter into consideration when Ballin was signed by that mutt Taylor.

It sounds better if they keep repeating the same figure over and over again,Paws
Doesn't matter that it was money owed for past years.

I really think it is time to close this thread down. It is getting us nowhere but bad feelings against each other, over nothing really.

Farah looks like staying, he and JT are getting on just fine ( according to reports from players ), our training is going well with no injuries so far, and we have got some good recruits who have joined our team.

Let's forget about this other crap and get behind our team and our club for the benefit of all.

I was going to say something about ggt, david F and pawpaw. But it is my experience that it is really no good arguing with true believers as they never change their mind no matter the facts of the matter

So Mr. Moderator please bring an end to this divisive thread.

I don't think he is the Devil ST

But no matter what , you don't involve your team mates in your ploys , especially when it is a blatant lie

And as I have said when you juggle fire eventually you will get burnt

Farah has been juggling fire for a long time , just many choose to ignore it

Farah was a great warrior for our club , I don't and have never had an issue with that

But we don't stick Marina Go at half back , Jason Taylor at CEO , Warren MacDonnell as coach , and David Kidwell in recruitment

Robbie has stuck his hands in too many pies , not his job , whether asked or not

When you get involved when you shouldn't eventually it comes back to haunt you

Your right on both counts.
On the Saturday after the story first broke if my memories right.
