Robbie Farah dismisses suggestions he might leave the Wests

While I agree the DT is pretty bad when it comes to 'exclusives', some of you are simply taking Robbie's word as gospel that there is nothing going on behind the scenes at the club.

I wonder what Sheens thinks, and I wonder how deep the factions within the club actualy do run.

Once I get past the DT's spin and the responce from the club, I still see smoke!!!

What more do you want TW, a polygraph?
Yeah sure everyone has the ability to lie….but geez somewhere along the way you have to have some trust in whats said is true.

I'm not saying anyone is lying… But I dont think this is the full extent of the story. I have a strong feeling things are still effecting the playing group, and I wont be suprised if we see changes before the start of the 2012 season.

So you get along with and socialise with EVERYBODY you work with and agree with EVERY decision your employer makes Watto?

I have had run ins with people I work with and people Ive played sport with. And Ive had run ins with my bosses and I dont agree with every decision that my sporting captains have made but we are mature and professional enough to get the job done.

May I ask, Based on what …a strong feeling?
What sort of changes, Sheens? farah?...its a broad statement, of course there'll be changes

How about you and the other QLD boofheads on here go support the broncos. You and that Stryker bloke show more respect for Melbourne storm players than you do
For the captain of the team you allegedly support.

I dont see how that is relevant to my post?

You said "where there is smoke there is fire" in regards to an apparent blow up between coach and captain. Perhaps you are suggesting it may be captain and vice captain or maybe other players? So where is the smoke and where is the fire?

I was saying you dont have to be best friends with someone to work with them, work for them or run on the sporting field with them.

I agree, you dont have to be friends etc to achieve a positive result. I doubt all was perfect on the ship this year, but we still managed to make the top 4…

Unfortunately, sometimes when the rubber band has been stretched to far, they can break and you need a new rubberband.

My post was a statement saying Farah simply said what we wanted to hear and many believe all is good.

But you believe otherwise yet will only say its based on a feeling?
Thats pretty much on a par with '' a source close to''
You say "I'm not saying anyone is lying"…but then say "Farah simply said what we wanted to hear "....in other words, not the truth?

Whilst I agree with you Watto in regards to a period of this season I have a feeling you may know something or you really believe that all is not good?

The statement confirms that there was a disagreement but that these types of disagreements happen from time to time. Sounds entirely plausible to me. I'd have been more concerned if the statement denied any blue at all and that they were giving each other back rubs at the time.

Hey I'm a Qld boofhead as well . They have the right to an opinion as much as all the cockroach loving NSW supporters who next time you win a SOO will be when they are running day flights to the moon when Richard Branstons great grandkids will be running the business Getting off point though we all have the right to voice our opinions right or wrong

And before this thread degenerates, please stick to the topic and avoid personal attacks on one another.

Did anyone hear that grub Ritchie on 2ky just then? He is still persistent that either Sheens or Robbie will walk away. No doubt there was a heated exchange and I dont blame Robbie for being dissapointed. Who wouldnt?

To top this of we have both newspapers who have published conflicting stories regarding what happened. No surprise there!

Despite whats happened and everything that has been said about friction between Robbie and Sheens, Robbie and Benji and whoever else I really hope our boys rally together. We have a fantastic squad in 2012 and a massive opportunity to do something special. Its not often you get these opportunities and I really hope the boys can pull together and achieve success. Prove those doubters wrong and get those de-railers of our backs.

Cmon tigers in 2012.

Benji#6 I heard him and called the station. Not sure if u heard me when i got on but i had a go at him and his article. I was furious and really wanted to vent my opinion at this boof head. The fact that so many supporters are angry made me do it and im glad I did. It was a disgrace.

I didnt hear your call. I switched off after I heard his BS. So why did he apologise to Robbie via twitter? In brief what did you say?

Basically that the story was a disgrace and wouldn't eveb pass as a fiction piece. The fact that Robbie had to organise a press conference to defend the rubbish, especially during the difficult time in his life was terrible and that journos need to be more responsible in what they write in regards to the damage to the club, supporters and sponsors it can cause. Obviously they tried to defend him but I got cut off when my point was starting to make them look silly.
