It gives you wings….

It's not bad to drink 1 hour before - they told me at my sports trainer course.
Not sure about professional level though but they wouldn't let him do it if it was going to be bad for him. Especially with all this ASADA rubbish going on (I know it's obviously not a banned substance but strict auditing would be in place for anything that could be ingested other than tap water you would think).

The man is a legend ….great Captain , always leading by example.
He is in Career best form. One of the reasons why I the Wests Tigers should never
be given up on for still making the 8 .

Taking the WT tonight with 14 start @ $1.90 is a good bet when you have Robbie in the side
