We get it @matchball, you don't like Robbie. The Robbie bashing is getting alittle bit boring now.

The JT bashing isn't exactly new either.

Via the mole, quoting Rod Reddy tweet.

But former St George and Test legend Reddy has now fired back, posting on social media:

“Well we were right he went to Souths and played reserve grade and that Wests Tigers team at the moment is a reserve grade team with 4/5 nrl players in it and Farah is not 1 of them.

“Most selfish player I have ever been involved with while either playing the game or coaching bar none.”

Good hopefully it fires up the team. Reddy was a great player but he and JT possibly the worst coaching combo in the history of the NRL. I’d take Terry Lamb and Hoppa over them.

Who was Langmack's assistant at souffs? They'd be in the running ?

He could have answered with a more mature response.
"That's the past and we've moved on as a club"
But no. Just to make some headlines about himself he has to inflame the situation when nobody seems to care.
Robbie is bitter until the end. Sad really.
I'm pretty sure JT doesn't give Robbie a second thought.

Inflame the situation?
He answered a question honestly.
Sad that some on here can't show even a little respect for someone who loves the club and is our most capped player... but would rather stick up for a thing like Jason Taylor.

Since when does the amount of games you play automatically entitle you to respect? Look at Cameron Smith. 400 games and arguably the most hated player in the game.

Funny, you seem to respect everything that Jason Taylor did.
You obsessively jump onto anything that barely mentions him to defend him.
Fact is he did nothing for this club .... nothing.

Funny, I haven’t defended JT anywhere in this thread. Why bother for something that was put to bed 2 years ago. **Plus, I doubt he cares what’s said about him, why should I? I**’ve also never said I respected everything he did. Seems like you’re just reading what you want to read.

I can say the same thing though. The supporters he traumatised don’t mind jumping onto it the moment his name is mentioned. Just to show how not over it they are.

Not fooling anybody gunner.

@Haro82 I can post what I like within the rules. It's a free forum.
If you don't like it, put me on your ignore list.
Works for me.

@matchball
Of corse their not going to they are ex coaches for a reason😂 Ivan wouldn’t defend him either cause he’s a selfish man whereas Madge isn’t the type of guy to go out into the media and defend Farah, Madge would rather have a one on one with faff about it and get him fired up

No prizes for second, Rod.
Anybody looking up Reddy's illustrious (sacked every time for failing to get results) coaching career would wonder why Taylor would have appointed him in the first place.
He'd be at the top of worst coaches ever, unless leading teams to last place and record losses isn't counted.
Now he is not only slagging off Farah but the whole team.
As big a loser as his mate JT.

You’ve conditioned yourself, as have a few others, to believe what you want about me regarding Taylor. Makes it impossible for you to be objectibe whenever I say anything about him.

@cktiger what Reddy says is true about the team.
We are a bunch of reserve graders with a few NRL players.
Truth hurts.

As much as I think Reddy's a tool for putting that comment on social media, I agree there is certainly some truth in it - many in our squad would not get a run in virtually any other NRL first 17.

As for the rest of his comments on Farah - there is probably some truth in them as well. I am sure he is selfish, but I can only go on what I see, and after watching his interviews and his games, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that he genuinely loves the club and is willing to put everything he has into it's success. As a Tigers fan that has to be a positive, and I believe he deserves all our accolades and respect!

Whether he can still help us succeed as a member of our NRL squad next season is another matter.

With just about any other pack, it would. They would be breathing fire.

With our pack, it will probably cause a loss of confidence.......

He should be grateful we like to buy reserve graders. Otherwise, his son may have not had so much time in 1st grade.

@hammertime HAHAHA this thread quote needs to be ‘social media’d’ right back at Reddy and his family, what an apathetic tool can’t even let a first grader with more games and arguably a much harder fought premiership under his belt have a week of accolades... I don’t believe Rob said anything personal about JT and clearly his teammates (even Damien Cook) don’t think about him the same way as this fool.... he’s gone out of his way to make an enemy out of somebody he knows won’t be playing next year but also dragged our club into the proverbial once again, what an outstanding character and I’m sure there’s many good reasons why the Dragons have never wanted him back on board for coaching purposes. LOL he probably asked Ivan for some dirt to dish out on the Tiges and that stroke of idiocy is all the “former great” could come up with... will we have more than 3 first graders next year? Will we improve on 9th?

💩idk but it cannot possibly be as bad as having a redundant Dinosaur follow you around believing still, 3 years on that YOU (former international and one of only a couple Blues Rakes during the past decade to match up to Cameron Smith) were an out and out reserve grader... much like a certain Reddy who played for us. Funny that, 3 full-time current first grade coaches subsequently disagreed with Taylor’s estimates . I get the sense old Rod might’ve been a bit more of a player in the fiasco than R.F cared to lead on. Yet some on here think he was the immature and hot-headed one.

Please re-read the full article, check his interview on NRL.com & ask Rod what the hell he knows about the modern game - considering they have Mary as coach and we have Madge

The Mole: Robbie Farah 300th overshadowed by savage war of words
By The Mole

The lead-up to Robbie Farah’s 300th NRL game tomorrow night has got nasty with a war of words erupting over the controversial hooker.

Farah fired the first shot during the week when he slammed his former Wests Tigers coaches Jason Taylor and Rod Reddy, who played a role in his leaving the Tigers to play the 2017-18 seasons at South Sydney.“I wouldn’t want to hear from JT anyway,’’ Farah said of Taylor in the build-up to the big game.

But former St George and Test legend Reddy has now fired back, posting on social media:“Well we were right he went to Souths and played reserve grade and that Wests Tigers team at the moment is a reserve grade team with 4/5 nrl players in it and Farah is not 1 of them.

“Most selfish player I have ever been involved with while either playing the game or coaching bar none.”

Tell me you aren't serious. He can't let Farah have his week of accolades? Farah threw mud first (hence this thread). Reddy was exercising his right of apply. My guess is if Farah doesn't take a cheap, Reddy would have left him to his week of accolades.
