i dont understand why our leader had to twitter this. best interview i've seen since Rex Mossop. Why is our leader looking for sympathy? to tell you the truth guys - i thought robbie was tougher than all this.

i thought he held himself well in the interview, it was the carrying on after that i guess disappointed me…
to go and cry on twitter in this day and age is moronic... especially when you call it an 'ambush' after you have been pre warned the questions an hour prior to the interview.. apparently he even msged braith?? (can soemone confirm?)
this is only a drama because farah made it one.. i dont think you'd catch someone like benji tweeting something like this to be honest..

The only decent question was Blocker asking why in the hell Sheens has two backs on the bench.

Apparently Humble is a hooker now. Well regardless of what position he was picked to play, we went into that game with TWO backs on the bench. It still doesn't make any sense.

Spot on, doesn't say anything note worthy on TV yet on the radio he's always bagging everyone (and cutting off anyone who disagrees with him).

What about the Hayne interview? Is there a more robotic, scripted player in the game? He is about as boring as reading a book.

And probably the best is Benji. He takes all questions and uses all the best verbal techniques in his answers.

Agree, storm in a teacup. Although i did have a laugh at johns' reply to robbie's answer about a so-called feud with benji, ie. "well that's just footy", he backed away from that hard hitting que pretty quickly didn't he!!! (w@nker)
Tiges must be getting sick of the same old questions!!

All in all a good display from Robbie, and to all the knockers…"judge us at the end of the season"!!!!!

You could say that about the majority of people here. They'll say a certain player is the worst ever, yet at fan days, they'll line up for their autograph.

Sorry all, haven't had a chance to read through all the pages but if Johns claimed he handed the questions to Robbie an hour before, why was he so fired up? Robbie's reaction suggested that it was indeed an ambush.

yes good point…maybe he just fed up with it...the same every year when we start losing....like last year he said just judge at the end of the year...

You could say that about the majority of people here. They'll say a certain player is the worst ever, yet at fan days, they'll line up for their autograph.

But it looks even worse for him being in the media. He's payed to be objective and give contructive criticism, but 90 of his criticism isn't contructive at all. He is a complete tool from the way he verbally bashes players to the way he calls the games with intentional dis-interest at times if the game is boring or if a team is struggling. God help a player if he makes more then 1 mistake in a game coz that will make you a target of abuse. To me, this is the biggest wanker in commentating. You can keep Loz, and even Andy Raymond who i hate with a passion, at least they don't make it their mission each game they call to run a player or a team into the ground
